My question is...Do I need to present any statement of , most especially for my wife?

Although her own expenses(5000) has been added to my COA.

Also when can I print the SOA if it's needed?

The bottomline is that WES will require your WAEC certificate. The process of ordering your WAEC Certificate to be sent to WES is on page 1.

you can evaluate (1) OND & HND (2) OND & Beng e.t.c any two. but i would advise you evaluate ond and hnd that's if they are from the same university

I can either save stress and evaluate the two diplomas or stress myself evaluate two certificates but earn more points.

If you got your OND and HND from same school,I'll advise you evaluate those 2 Diplomas, so as to ease you from the stress of dealing with 2 different schools, or you can decide to evaluate your OND and BEng, whichever option works for you.
Its your final decision to pick the 2 diplomas/degree you will like to evaluate to fetch you points for 2 certificates or more

I have checked and what I saw.is highest certificate which should be Beng but I did DE to obtain my Beng. my question- Do I need to evaluate the result used for the DE?

I have HND in electrical/electronic Engineering (Upper credit)cgpa (3.78).I have done my research i made to understand that Some USA university do collect HND for Masters perhaps the person evaluate the result and have Good GRE scores.

I wish to know how i can GRE, Evaluate my result and proposed ission period i should look up to.
