The immigration health surcharge payment is actually a prerequisite to you making or even paying for your application. Simple put, you don’t pay for it you can’t pay for your application and invariably you don’t have an application.

As regard your refusal there are some unexplainable money that comes to your which is not relating to your salary. U did not explain the money to them that was why u were denied. Next application u will have to explain to the ECO all the credits u did not declare with proof. Check the statement of and sort out all the big money and know how it came in and explain.

There is no money bigger than my monthly salary in my bank statement and I explained the sources in the cover letter with payslip

I need your advice concerning my visa application.My cousin who which to send invitation letter has issued the same for somebody 7 months ago.The person in question was granted visa and travelled to UK but failed to return to Nigeria.Is it advisable for my cousin to issue invitation letter for me?

If her father is a British citizen, he should seek citizenship for her or her mother should do the same for her to get her a US port which will enable her to travel to the UK.

However, unless you have legal guardianship papers, travelling with your ward even if she gets a visa/UK/US port will be very tricky indeed considering the child trafficking situation.

I think you should follow the advice already given and allow either of the parents to undertake this visa process themselves.

If you put in a good application yes your chances is high, don't budget over 3months of your salary and don't deny the previous visa refusal
