i don't think so for the fact his location is lagos... most scammers tend to use abj, ph, jos so they can ask for waybill.. not saying scammers aint in lagos tho.. just saying as long as you can identify breeds and you dont do waybill you are safe... more dan 50% of breeders here can scam for africa..
