I just booked my appointment yesterday and I was able to find a free time on the day I wanted and for self service too, although when I checked last week, the date I wanted did not have any free slots. So, I think you can just keep checking over and over and free dates and time slots will come up. That's what I did though. Hope this helps.

My self and wife got our Visa renewed through Dropbox.

I got approval to submit my application two weeks after appointment booking
Submission was done on the 7th of February
Visa was Issued on the 23rd of February
I picked up on the 28th of February
That's about 3 weeks for both of us.

Oh sorry about that. I was successful with an NHS interview and the hospital asked me to submit 3 different ID documents and utility bills for checks.
I submitted my international port, NEPA bill and NIN but they rejected the NEPA bill and NIN.
They mentioned that I could submit a driver's license, international port and utility bill( water and light ) as means of identification.

The issue is that I do not have a driver's license and they have already rejected the NEPA bill so am confused as to another means of identification that I can submit.

The next option for her is Eccits. if she can just raise the money and do it. ti does not matter if is HND or Bsc. the most important is she has English Proficiency and Probably check through her transcript. i hope she score well in her Communication in English. i know all through her Semesters in school there is always a course called Communication In English.

yes i learnt there is a centre at VI also. But majority of People use IOM. to be on a safe side IOM is more acceptable though, i learnt other centres are more cheaper than IOM sha.

Be sure of the type of IELTS you are writing. for UKVI B1 is mainly Speaking and Listening and is done within 10mins. if more easier because you mainly talk about events and is kind of a discussion between you and one other candidate. questions like tell me about your family, kind of food you like and why you like it. etc. you can use youtube for more likely questions. the grade is either or fail. i have not seen any fail it before sha. and is acceptable for Health care visa.
and is a bit cheaper than other type of IELTS.

You can do IELTS B1 for Health worker. is the most easiet one. you only do Speaking and Listening. within 10minutes you are done.

Hello, you have to choose between the two. NARIC takes long process depend on how fast you can get your transcript out from your school. while IELTS is some how fast depends on the date you get for the exams and all you need is 6.0 points. But NARIC is better incase you want to continue your study in UK.
