Hi house, do we have a sample L.O.E in this thread?
Can some one point it out to me?

It's a Refusal and your eligibility has been finalized a week ago. In this event, you may want to share a detailed list of documents you submitted in your previous application, so we could possibly spot out the common mistakes you had made. Also defer your ission to the next available term and subsequently, prepare for a new reapplication.

Thank you very much. Can I please pm you so you help review my SOP? I am planning on re applying immediately

Eligibility requirements
You can study in Canada if you:
• are enrolled at a designated learning institution (DLI)
• prove you have enough money to pay for your:
◦tuition fees
◦living expenses for yourself and any family who come with you to Canada and
◦return transportation for yourself and any family who come with you to Canada
• obey the law, have no criminal record and get a police certificate (if required)
• are in good health and get a medical exam (if required)
• prove to an officer that you will leave Canada when your study permit expires

Not sure if this helps though and which point may have led to failing the eligibility requirements.

thanks they actually listed the reasons for the refusal: the reasons were
purpose of visit: which in my sop i detailed i just wanted to study and return home because we are plannig to expand our family business into my field.(auto mobiles etc.)
employment situation: i wrote that i am an intern which i am but without pay for experience and that i also manage my family's business
home ties in canada and home country: i dont have any ties in Canada but at home i have my family's company, my parents.
they didnt say anything about finance or travel history.

i understand all these are generic reasons, but my question is about the failed eligibility, is it the program or the visa study permit?
and is it common or rare? i just want to know what it means
thanks

Where did you see this update?... I know too well that when an applicant is denied a visa this isn't the write up you should see on your MyCIC . With regards your question, you're not eligible simply means you're not issible and doesn't qualify for the program/Visa you applied for. This, a rejection! Meanwhile confirm my question, so I will advise you appropriately.

I applied October 2nd. I studied Engineering and I applied and was given ission for Masters in engineering. M.Eng bro you need to be specific.

What previous level of education do you have? Which schools did you apply to? These will help people here answer your question rightly.

My previous level of education is a degree, bachelor of engineering mechanical engineering, i applied to university of Guelph, the program is Masters in Engineering, a two year course.

Hello Everybody, Please what does it mean to when your eligibility check says you are not eligible for the program you applied for? I applied for Masters in my area of study, Engineering. So I am confused that my visa application eligibility check failed. Please
