A lot of you are simply clueless. The money that will be spent in 2025 to complete 2024 budget, is the money being carried over from 2024?
That shows you how inefficient and unprepared this man and his team are. 2024 budget is for 2024 revenue. The fact you're extending it to 2025 shows you're largely unprepared for 2025 and despite all the claimed allocation increase, the revenue were not put to proper use to meet targets.
