hotboss:I am preparing to apply for the same program in BGSU. So I would like to get some information from you to aid me in taking the right step Did yo apply for the department's GA separately after applying for graduate school? Did you use WES evaluations or just ed unofficial transcript? What is your CGPA and GRE scores. 1 Like |

mikeayus:Yes they are requesting the recommenders to fill out the portion meant for them in the form I attached previously and send it directly back to the department. My problem is getting the three referees to mail the form to them. When i add mailing of the application form proper, that's 4 shipping o. It would be cost intensive. The GA is specific to my department, not the listed one 1 Like |

Hi guys! Anybody that applied to Bowling Green State University GA position for COLLEGE OF TECHNOLOGY, ARCHITECTURE & APPLIED ENGINEERING here? How did you get your recommendations over to the college? Will they access the recommendations submitted online during graduate school application or will the recommender have to mail the paper recommendation to the college? I am not really clear about it and have attached the document for the gurus in the house. Appreciations. 2 Likes |

babaolofin:I can only reply to the only civilised part of your post just to be clear to any objective mind that is reading or may read this post in the future. Work only resumed there in the second quarter of 2018 . The Federal Controller of Works in Lagos, Godwin Eke, stated that the work was more than 50% done before the construction companies left the site due to debts http://dailypost.ng/2018/03/01/lagos-ibadan-highway-fg-gives-update-construction/amp/ In case if you do not get any more reply from me, just know that I refrain from arguing with people who cannot argue like civilised people without swearing and name callings. Going forward, I can only relate with intellects who can challenge me with facts and figures than can be proved or cited 5 Likes 2 Shares |

Buharifanatic:Just because you a political party will make you be open air bias to the point that you don't even care whether people know that all you are writing are all lies that cam be deciphered by even a 10 years old kid in this country. You have spent your whole day spewing lies and wallowing in hate for fellow country men here on nairaland. All for what really? Every clear headed unbiased person would know that Buhari took Nigeria many years back within these 4years. Look at the pathetic state the country is in and you have the mind to write all of these up here for what? Like they always say, we Africans deserve what we get. I never liked the idea of Atiku because of his antecedents with Obasanjo but Buhari being there for another term means Nigeria going without a president for another four years because even a dead man would make an impact to the nation more than Buhari did in the last four years. The achievements you are attributing to Buhari are things that Jonathan started before he left power, just because they happen to be manifesting under the regime of Buhari doesn't mean Buhari made it happen, which you of course you know already but just trying to see something to hold on to like how someone that being drowned does. Dangote has conceived the idea of the refinery for a very long time ago, got the loan to build it in 2013 under Jonathan, dated may 2013.https://www.timesng.com/business/133340-dangote-gets-n670bn-loan-to-construct-nigerias-biggest-refinery.html . Preparations has been underway ever since and the actual construction happened to start when Buhari got into power. You were just talking as if a refinery of such magnitude is what you start building in less than 4years. Well of course you know all of these but just trying to score cheap points with people that are either new in the country or does not know what is happening in here. Same goes for the Lagos-Ibadan expressway that was awarded in 2013 https://www.google.com/amp/thenationonlineng.net/fed-govt-awards-n167b-lagos-ibadan-expressway-contract/amp/ , immediately on completion of Benin-Ore highway, and has steadily been in construction ever since before Buhari got into power. The first phase, Shagamu to Ibadan which is 84KM out of the 127.6KM road has been in construction by RCC. The remaining second phase, Shagamu to Lagos, of 44KM is what you are seing under Buhari and attributing the job to him when someone else awarded the contract and has completed more than 65 percent of the job. The plan was even to complete the job in 2017 but Buhari got into power in 2015 and stalled payments for years which will now stretch the project to 2021 before completion. So would it be sensible enough to attribute the road to Atiku in 2021 per adventure he wins the 2019 election? Lastly on the issue of banning rice, we all know that banning only helps people to be lazy. To ban is to create a new bunch of billionaires that you may not like. Banning creates opportunity for those in authority to be corrupt. When you ban anything in this country, given our social structure, you put unnecessary value on the banned item. You create a new business for those who are going to smuggle it in and you create a new price for that commodity. Case in point, Tokunbo cars still make up 80% of the cars being driven here in Nigeria, yet we have a ban for importation of fairly used car in place in the country. Creating a policy that will favour the local manufacturers is a better option. When the prize of producing things here gets below the prize of importation, the imported commodities will naturally not be sold here. 15 Likes 1 Share |

Any installer to track the 9e in Sango Ota? 1.85m Dish + C Band + Strongest Decoder
|

mosescollon:I don't think the problem is from my LNB because even on my 1.8m dish with C band LNB, I can not still get a single channel, even if it is a church program. The satellites have good signals but 0% quality. I don't know if it has to do with the position of the dish and LNB but I am facing them the same direction all the dishes around me are facing Gurus in the house, please come to my aid. |

Hello house. I am trying to set up my decoder, the signals are strong-past 90% but the quality is 0% and consequently, cannot get any channel at all but when i connect it to another dish of 90cm but at a much higher elevation(tank stand), it gets a lot of channels. 60cm dish and Strongest decoder are what I am using.

kissoflife:I think they have not started the recruitment process for Electrical guys for now because all the while I've gone there, its only Mechanical guys i see. We mechanicals that was succesful on the first assessment test was invited for another round of test and interview. Last week I got a call from them that I was successful for the Field Service Technician's role. The person was explaining the working hours and pay but I wasn't hearing him clearly due to the noise in my environment coupled with his mother tongue interference. At the end of the call I think I heard that an offer letter will be sent to me this week and that I will bring my original credentials and stuffs, but I have not heard from them yet. Wednesday has gone already |
