To be sure things are clear and to preserve the confidence that Kakaki Autos has earned, I would like to openly address a recent concern. Mid-October, I worked with kowalsky to purchase a 2017 RX 350 FSport, a procedure that usually excites and satisfies me as well as my esteemed customers. Sadly, neither the expectations of the customer nor the high standards I have for myself were met by this transaction.

The procedure was much delayed by unanticipated difficulties I had getting the car's title (which is still pending at the time of writing) and timely delivery, despite my first pledges. Such delays can be frustrating, as I can appreciate, particularly when large amounts are at stake. In this case, over 45M Naira.

Acknowledging the trouble this has created, and following legal actions, I have given the complaint the entire 45,267,250 Naira refund without any deductions. In order to properly handle and communicate around such issues going forward, I am also evaluating my internal procedures.

I regret whatever worry this has brought about. I never meant to jeopardize my clients' confidence or level of happiness. I am dedicated to keep enhancing my services and to learn from this experience.

I also would want to sincerely thank all of those who stuck with me on the initial thread and risked their reputation to defend me. Your at that trying time is much valued and demonstrates the kind of community Kakaki Autos works to create and preserve.

This is an unfortunate situation relating to a pending title.

I am sorry for the inconvenience and delay. The pressure I put on Copart is sustained and once the title is ready, the vehicle will be shipped.

US Customs won't approve a vehicle for export without the title.

The OP has the right to air his grievances and in fact an obligation based on the time ed. I'm doing all I can to get the title from Copart.
