I had the same issue, applied 6th of Jan, anytime I checked the status remains "Awaiting Approval". Fortunately, I travelled to Abuja and decided to go to the Force Headquarter to know the reason or reasons for the delay. When I got there, I was told that they had some challenges with the server and they are working on it. And once the issue is fixed, my the application would be approved. True to the officer's words, I got a call from him four days later that my application has been approved.

When you meet the officers manning or in charge of the biometrics, they all well mannered, educated, and people friendly. Infact, they address you as Sir and Madam.

I asked him to give me reasons that may cause one's application from not being approved.

1. If any of your particulars are fake - proof of ownership and insurance (the insurance that is accepted is the Online insurance)
2. Fake plate number - To whether your plate number is genuine or fake, right in my presence, the office connected to the FRSC database to check whether my plate number was on the FRSC database or not.
3. When the attached document is blurred.
4. I think the address you filled while applying for the tinted permit as a role to play because the office asked me my address, checked it against what was on the application and against what was on the FRSC database. I'm not too sure of the role it plays but was asked.
5. If your biometrics was not well captured in the state command

If during verification, all you documents are valid, the application would be approved within 48 hours, but if you default in any of these, your application will not be approved and the will forever in Awaiting Status, your best option will be to find your way to Force Headquarter in Abuja because the officer at the state command cannot resolve such issue.

Thank God, immediately I got back to lagos, I went to the uncorporate police headquarter of Nigeria(Lagos state Police Command) to pick it up the tinted permit, from the entrance gate na embarrassment, to Oga I no see your hand.

I applied over 3 weeks ago.. 8th of January to be precise.. did my biometrics the same day..still yet to get my, it is showing awaiting approval anytime i check the site.

Sir/Madam,
I don't know much about your school's ission process but from what you narrated, mine asked for similar requirements. Check thoroughly, they must have provided an email address through which you can send your documents and the format also.
For instance, mine requested that I submit mine as a scanned copy in a single PDF file. Yours may differ a bit, check again and follow what they stipulated to the letter.
If you are checking through daad, they would provide you with with an address, email address or the link that you should apply through and also the link through which you can the application form. check the info on their page through daad.

Any body in the house has experience with Hochschule Ulm. I dont understand their ission process.. because it stated I should just send in my application letter, CV, motivation letter and certificates. No application portal or form on the website. Use a very good camera to snap the whole thing first. Then snap different positions. Preferably upper right, upper left, lower right then lower left.. the idea is sharing the whole documents into four quadrant. Finally merge evry thing together into one single pdf that should make 5 pages.

I'm at the stage of ing documents online, and for those doing the online application, did you encounter scanning wahala? For example, landed properties. These documents are not in A4 size, and have too many legal pages!!

So once again house, please help a brother! WHAT PAGES SHOULD I SCAN FOR ING ON LANDED DOCUMENTS? Cus as we all know, each page has some sort of importance (I guess ).

2, my program will cost like school fees $14, 000, egent $13, 000 for the ission and trv other sundery expenses not in cluded yet.
3, note: I didn't know this trend before I committed to the agent I came to knw about it after I have committed 6, 000 usd as advance.
4, mision gotten from niagara college medical, biometric done but trv was denied cos of moving the embassy from lagos to Ghana effected his internal .
5, mision now differed till September still pushing if he can breakthrough to trv.

2, my brother advised me to him in his business and develop the capital instead of going to another mans land to face unknown.
