For now your best bet in Wels is "Kolpinghaus Wels" though you stand a better chance in Linz in of availability and pricing. I dont see any disadvantage in living in Linz while your centre of activity is in Wels because it is only 15minutes train drive away from Linz.

The money you may save on rental living in Linz will be enough to buy you a 'Klimaticket Austria' with which can use any public Transport anywhere in Austria at no extra cost.

It is clearly possible to apply for a RP with yoii conditional ission letter, it will only be reasonable to do so if it is feasible to meet the condition within the stipulated time frame while al in Austria or otherwise to defer the ission.

1. The age will only needed to be stated IF the deponent ain't any of your parents. For instance if your uncle, sibling or anyone is the deponent the age MUST be stated.
2. That qualify you for your digital attestation. Just ensure your affidavit comes before your attestation of birth.
3. Digital affidavit is done in many states but I'm very sure of Abuja

Digital attestation of birth is done online. Immediately after you submit your get your doc

To my understanding, these guys are trying to keep their balance from falling. If they crash, you'll be the first to alert others of a scam! I was referring to investors who locked their capital for 6 months and after a month or two they decided to cut ties(they are ready to forgo the Return of Investment of the 2 months)...why spend long to return their capital to them?,the investors cutting ties are already loosing,give them their capital on time, you already took their profits.

Secondly, you can not change a term of investment all of a sudden,the new policy should affect the new investors,if they like the conditions attached then they key in, it is very dubious and cunny to change the term of investment midway.
