Greetings all.

I am new to this part of the platform and read through as far back as I can .

I am considering IVF and conflicted between Nordica and Bridge Clinic , Lagos.

I know success stories are particular to the each person but services defer.

I look forward to learning any help I can get.

Thank you.

Good day people, hope your day is going well? please i have an urgent question to ask - as i have scrolled through and not really seen an answer.

here goes:

Someone currently holds a tier 4 visa and has successfully enrolled. now she plans to bring in her dependents(two being her children) . she is no longer with the father of her children and when she filled her visa application form at the time- she filled 'married' because she has a spouse.

This spouse and herself were in the process of legalizing their relationship as at that time..

Problem is, she does not want this spouse to come anymore for personal reasons and insists on still bringing in her children.

I know the rule states unless you have proof of sole responsibility (ie from the high court, etc) or a single mum, both parents must apply. She doesn't want her spouse to come anymore, what can you(the gurus in the house) advise?

i would appreciate

Its a 50:50 chance or almost a 70:30(where 70 is the chances of refusal). as you have pointed out, they are more welcoming to younger aged for the level . You stand better chances in Ireland or UK

Good afternoon, I paid for Tier 4 visa on the 6th of September, 2018, went for interview/biometric on the 10th of September, 2018, got a mail from Sheffield on the 12th and I'm yet to hear from them ever since I got the mail from Sheffield. And I paid for priority. I thought priority option is meant to be processed within 5 working days. Today makes it the 7th working day after my interview and the decision is yet to be made.
Can anyone with experience or going through a similar situation or been thru this kinda situation tell me what could be the cause of this delay?

Hi Nairalanders,

I am currently in need of counsel. I am a 32 yr old banker. Unmarried. Been working in the bank for over 6 yrs. I have been able to save a good amount. I have always desired to start a business of mine. I have a ed company with active s.

I have tried to start businesses on the side while working.  I have not been able to get it off the ground solely because my job gives me no time to make it happen.

An elderly man once advised me, if I ever want to start a business its best before u get married and the responsibilities of marriage run you down.

Do I quit banking and face business head long? Do I keep working, because of the fear of failure in business? Do I put my self together and go to Canada for my masters, then what next?

Ex bankers who moved on to bigger things, what instincts lead you to knowing the time was right to quit and follow your dream to build your business?

Bless U.

Hello guys and happy holz, my question is can a tier 4 applicant travel with his dependents if they need to do a pre sessional English first or they have to wait to apply after the pre sessional English is done?
JoyceMbatu: 2:53pm On Jun 17, 2018
Why not*
JoyceMbatu:
There is a part that says spouse so yes you can use his statement as long as he has the required funds.

As for your bank statement , why morning just do a change of name and effect it at the bank?

Hi guys. Please i'll like to know if it's possible to use my husband's bank statement as evidence of funds to apply for a UK student's visa.Because I keep seeing parents/guardians on all the pages.
Also, my bank statements still bear my maiden name. Would that be a problem?

Hello house, I just got an ission to do an MBA @ Edinburgh Napier University in Scotland for Jan 2018, but would love to go with my 3kids. I want to apply for our visa together. My question is, do l apply alone and go first or apply with them together because l actually want to go with them.

In the UK, you can apply with all three children as long as you have the funds to care for you 3 but your husband has to apply. I am guessing its the same rule that applies for Scotland.
