And the refusal letters follows after all the recommendations as shown below. Clearly many things were not put into consideration before reaching this decision.

1. Two bank statements were submitted for the application( One salary and personal ) with about 400K and 1.2M respectively why no reference was made to the other well funded i don't know before reaching this decision.
2. A cover letter was also provided detailing all these information which certainly wasn't used
3. Documents regarding all the large deposits was explained in the cover letter and photocopies of all the treasury bills liquidated attached.

Is there a way of appealing this case as i feel the refusal is quite unjust?

Would i be thinking of applying for a trip and exhausting all i have saved just for a 7days trip?

Were the diligent enough not to have seen or noticed all the several other ing documents i provided with this application?

Kindly share a comprehensive photo of the refusal.
We can't see your estimated expenditure you gave for the trip.

I work and earn 192k as net income. I save very well monthly from my salary as i am single and still stay with my parents. the 1.1M is money i saved overtime...every kobo in my savings can be traced back to my salary acct

If you make 192k monthly. It's fine.
It depends on your trip expenses...
If you estimated expenditure is almost twice of this your monthly salary , then you may not be granted.

Hello guys. In October, was refused a visit visa. But I was not satisfied by the decision as I felt I had a strong application and that the officer did not coheck all 50 documents I provided. I planned to reapply this month.

Although I had no rights of appeal, i did send them a complaint detailing how I believe my application was not properly checked.
At first, they replied to me that they were not the correct channel for complaints.
I didn't have their time since and about 15 days later, which is today, I mailed them again demanding for an explanation / review of the presiding officer's judgement on my visa.

7 hours later, they mailed me that ''my visa decision has been overturned and that I should submit my port for the new decision ''Please note that your visa decision has been overturned.

Please submit your port to the Visa Application Centre with a copy of this e-mail.

Once we have confirmation that the ports have been received, we will send out a new decision to be endorsed on your port.''

Has anyone ever experienced an overturn of refusal decision? Does that mean my visa will now be granted?

I am going to submit my port tomorrow to them.

Yes, always Visa decisions are overturned.
I don't know of Visit Visa, but work visa, religious visa can be overturned.
Yes, just submit your port and they will issue you the Visa.

You can't spend a week and go back.
Your Visa will be revoked at the Border .
You need to come here and lay your foundation with her and go home, she should be the one to do the work and come over to you in Nigeria.
If she comes then all is done.
Sadly, you can't be allowed to enter the UK that way after 1 week. Just visit and do your best.

The ban was due to minor error, I used my friend mother's with my that I was working under her as one of sales rep, and she was aware and informed. Unfortunately, the embassy called her and told the embassy she was busy that she will call back. Meanwhile, the woman was an illiterate. she later called me that somebody called her from embassy and asked after me, but said she will call back because she was busy attending to customers. we later called the embassy but refused to pick the call.

That was then 10 years ago, but now my status has change seriously, I have been to schegen countries like 4 times now. Infact, I just came back from Belgium on business trip and I would love to visit UK, I used and always use legal and real information if not for just that error.

That's not a good reason for a ban either from the UK Embassy.
Nevertheless, apply and use all details available, if that's the reason then your Visa is no issue for I'm at lost as for a why that would be a reason for a 10 years ban.
I'm not quite satisfied that is the reason for a Ban as highlight in the UK immigration , misleading personal information or documents must have been observed, but as it may, if that be the reason then there is no worries.

Just come and do your 14 days and go back Home. Your 14 days is enough to convince her to come to Africa.
Don't go and try to do moves bro.
You might not be able to enter Europe if you over stay this visa and you get caught.
2 weeks is a long time bro. You sleep together and eat together, you should do all you can to convince her. Your actions should speak. Be more ready to know what to do to increase the relationship not staying over.
If you go back to Nigeria, your chances of coming back again on 2 years Visa is sure.

Do you all know that the US Embassy has reduced their Visa issuing to Old Parents and Business Visitors and thereby increased the Application going to Canada.
Canadian Embassy are dealing with tons of application and sometimes as humans they too get tired. You have to be patient while waiting, and do all you can to give the best appeal in your Visa application, because thousands of those are currently been reviewed too.

She should include in her cover letter that her husband already has Visa but due to her not been available for the trip, he didn't go.
Let him give a copy of his bio page and visa and attach it.
His wife should carry all relevant documents to show she has ties with Nigeria , like current job and people who depend on her.

Big credit in your does not move the VO.
What you should note is that, every money in your should be fixed. The VO do not want to see inconsistent crediting .
All the "big money" like you said should come with a deposit receipt if available or a written reference letter from the bank.
Now, take note: your total expenditure in the UK should not exceed a monthly income.
That's it.
If you total trip exceed your monthly salary or almost two times your monthly intake, then it won't be greeted well. That's a trick you should know.

Study Permit are not issued based on payment of school fees.
The least you should do, is paying school fees and hoping you are issued.

Your application was shaft to the VO.
In the first paragraph, they VO noted that your application didn't even carry information that would able them know if you cleared for entry.
Secondly brother, the financial situation you used is slim, very slim.
Now UK has a way of reviewing your financial records and they did it here again.
Please to everyone reading this, if your total expenses for the Visit trip is more than or almost 2 times of your monthly salary, consider that application refuse except you show you have legit other means of income. If you receive 200k every month and you spend 100k for expenses. How much remains? That's 100k. 100k times 12 is 1.2M. how do you makes 1.2M in a year and spend almost 500k on a visit trip??
Please if you making an application and you don't understand the financial situation, ask someone. That's the problem alot of us had. The Embassy knows how it works, if you don't meet up. You are refuse.

Yes, but you have to demonstrate he will and he can. The distance in relationship is far. You could provide pictures of you all together, conversation you had together. This might help. But if not proven he will and can sponsor you. Not a good one.
