Jesus Christ never made his followers, who were themselves sheep, shepherds over his sheep. Jesus Christ was clear when He said that He alone is the shepherd over His own sheep. He alone is the one to Teach/instruct/Help/Guide/Counsel etc. His shepherd. He made this clear in His commandments, warning His followers never to install themselves over His sheep.
How can a sheep be expected to shepherd another sheep? Don't you all listen to what Jesus Christ said at all?

My friend don't teach the bible when you haven't even read the bible. You are going into error and it is error that leads people to damnation. Be careful about your outbursts against God's servants. 2 Feed the flock of God which is among you, taking the oversight thereof, not by constraint, but willingly; not for filthy lucre, but of a ready mind;

3 Neither as being lords over God's heritage, but being ensamples to the flock.

4 And when the chief Shepherd shall appear, ye shall receive a crown of glory that fadeth not away.

Here the bible addresses Christ as the 'Chief Shepherd ' ... this means that any body having an oversight function over the flock of Christ is a Shepherd. Pls read your bible. God bless you
