I packed into my new house recently in PHC, I decided to buy a prepared meter to avoid estimated billing by PHED. I first ed the building with PHED and got the few months later. I procceed to pay for 3-phase meter online with the newly ed bill.
The prepare meter was brought and installed, I bought a token and recharge the new meter, I found out that a different bill with arrears (not my bill) was used to my meter, while my new bill is being kept aside and still accumulating. I have written to PHED severally to recapture my d bill on my meter but no listening ear. Please who else have experienced before and how did he resolve it? I also need advice on how to resolve this and reconcile my accumulated bill.

Help! I need advice. I was using a CD, but it burst. I know there's a drug that can prevent HIV infection if taken within 24 hours of exposure. To be safe, I sought out the drug, known as Post-Exposure Prophylaxis (PEP). However, the ph0armacist didn't have it in stock, so they offered me an alternative called Aurobindo (see image below). I'm not familiar with drugs, but can anyone tell me if Aurobindo can be used as PrEP (Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis) to prevent HIV after exposure?
