I completely agree with your suggestions with regards to sectioning off the adverts in Properties. It's a shame the Properties section has been hijacked by rs, and worse still, lawyer is refusing to do anything about it. Truth be told, I feel disappointed at lawyer for not taking action about sanitising his section, even when strindent calls have been made to him to do something about the chaos.
