[I paid for port delivery three weeks ago and even booked an appointment for pickup at the DHL office. However, when I arrived, they couldn't find any record of it in their system. I also couldn't track my port, and DHL wasn't able to track it either.] Hello House, I know there is some level of uncertainty around the process these days but I would like to ask what the process is for retrieving back one's port after Visa approval. I can see OIS page where one can put in details for this person it says "port not ready for pick up", I also see the CEAC page for tracking. I just want to know if there is someplace we are to schedule an appointment now or soon after the status changes to issued or ready for pick up. The applicant chose DHL in VI as pick-up location when applying for the visa appointment. I would appreciate a list of next steps to be able to get the port as soon as it is ready and to be sure we are not missing any important step. Thanks & God bless.[/quote] |

Pls help me guys! I followed the instructions provided on Avits website on port delivery, booked my appointment for yesterday, and visited the DHL office. However, my port has not arrived, and I have no way to track its status. Can anyone please guide me on how to track my port on the OlS Services website? I'm unsure how the tracking number is formatted. The one I assumed to be correct isn't working. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated! Thanks! |
