Interestingly, I never discussed that with the lady before she told me what to do. I think it's available for all and Sundry, provided you're able meet the requirements. When I left the banking Hall this morning, I decided to go online to gather more information on it. Then I discover that the prepaid dollar card is available for holders and non- holders.

I made the payment using GTbank... And GTbank charged me #7056.

This makes it around 522.2/$.

Is this normal?

I thought bank cards are around 480-490.

I think you should GTB, I got a confirmation mail yesterday stating it's 490 /$ but it's subject to change anytime as usual......

Don't waste your time ing any dealer, for there is a recent directive from CBN which has now placed most bank card under $20 dollar spending limit per month. You can imagine what most people have been battling with including myself.
Except you are trying to purchase something less than $20.

I just confirmed Standard chartered bank still has $100 dollar limit and it's real. Just did a purchase today and it went through at a rate of #470 / dollar.

What's your location sir? Mine is just q week+ after getting to post office. A cumulative of 2 months and two weeks or so since i made the order, and according to tracking, it arrived after 3 weeks of the purchase

Ilorin, personally using Post office is quite annoying, waiting for 4 weeks after ing through customs is rubbish.

22 hours after I told my 'into the water' seller to cancel my order, he ships it telling me the warehouse have finished 'disinfecting' it, hm.

Just got back from my local Post office,
Imagine logistic organisation having logistics problem lasting a month now.
The summary of what I confirmed was that they have logistics issue bringing percel down to Ilorin and claim they are to yet to receive any package since the month of March 2022.
But said hopefully there would be an update by Thursday this week.

I think it's the same, just that one is a past tense of the other.....

For instance when you get a new job it's referred to as appointment letter.... and when one is out of that particular job or processing applications somewhere else (other than where u were given) it's referred to as employment letter. Hope this helps
