Oshiomole increased minimum wage from #18,000 to #25,000 on May 1st 2016. As at the time he increased it, he was owing state workers 18months salary arrears with some local government workers owed as much as 3yrs plus salary arrears that is aside pension and gratuities owed retirees in Edo state!
Obaseki came in, cleared that debt and went ahead to increase the minimum wage to #40,000 and he doesn't owe a dime.....E no try!!??
Obaseki moved the state to Contributory Pension scheme and since then, we have known peace in that area.......Obaseki is not owing pension in edo state.
What pensioneers are complaining and begging for from his istration is to clear the 4years back log of gratuities carried over from Oshiom-ole under the old legacy system.........aside from, nobody is owed pension in Edo state.
Edo Jobs that gives a stipend and trains edo youths in basic skillset like welding, catering, woodwork and capentry and small scale farming nko, with access to grant of #1.5m micro finance to launch a business after successful completion of the program, e no try?
Edo refinery for Ologbo nko? The power plant for Osossiomo that is ing the weak power remittance from National grid nko? That one no reach this Hostel ba?
