How long did it take you to pick up port after you submitted your port? I applied for my daughter on April 11, and port request on May 9, submitted her port May 10, which I always track and it still showing port still in process.

The agent is silly. Why should he shout at you,its your right to ask of the update. I applied since 21st of march and have got no response till date. If the agent used your email addy when applying,you will get a mail when your cic is updated

I submitted online since April 1st, biometric done on April 5, after i receive email from Vfs that same day of biometric " that my application has been processed in our office, and the tracking number they gave me , am still unable to track in on Vsf site ( saying no record found) and no update from them since then...
Please am confuse at this level

The agent i used has my CIC ... Anytime i ask about update/ status from him, he will just be shouting that they have not reply me.....

Please i need opinion from you all

I checked my online and it showed there is an update and when I clicked to see the update there is absolutely nothing. It still indicate the application is been processed. And now the update has changed to submitted. Has anyone experienced this?
