I know some myopic guys will soon start celebrating how great they are just because of vain praise from a jobless girl. If you really think about what she is saying, it means some Nigerian men over there are rogue spenders who overpay above an average Kenyan man. This is how Nigerian relationship have been commercialised by spendthrift men to the point that some give half of their monthly salary to a girlfriend(not even fiancee) all in the name of relationship. When women from other countries encounter this behaviour, they are surprised and excited that such extravagant men exists. And boom, Nigerian men, aka spendthrift becomes hot cakes as rumour spreads of group of senseless cash cows spoiling local women with money. The funny thing is that the same people who celebrated this travesty will be calling new generation Nigerian women names for always asking for money when it was the men who started the culture of monetising relationships. 8 Likes 3 Shares |

grandstar:Forget what the movie and media amplify. It is the other way around. Most children of super rich American parents are terrified of offending their parents because of the risk of being cut off financially. It can mean the difference between living like a king or a slave. The other children won't dare cross Musk, at least not publicly as long as Musk has demonstrated his authority to them since childhood. Money answereth all things is true in this case. Even this so-called disowner will fight for "his right" if Musk ever write a will and he was left out. 10 Likes 2 Shares |

Christistruth00: From the writeup above, it is clearly stated that his ordeals started when he and the church CSO allegedly met at a native doctor's place, not because he wanted to leave. Why would the church want to keep him around at all cost? My question regards the allegations by others, was the founder accused of any particular crime? 1 Like |

Kayode likely released the rumour to punish her for infidelity but since most people won't bother if the allegation is just adultery which he likely have a prove of, he decided to use paternity allegation. 1 Like |

Jeje247: How does knowing and worrying about such depravity at hotels help you navigate relationship better? I repeat again, assuming all married women in Nigeria are chaste except your wife, Will such stats make you happy and your home peaceful? |
![]() |
Illogical submission. If even just 1% of married women patronise hotel for illicit affairs, major hotel owners will be dominating Nigeria's Forbes list. Yet, majority of hotels struggle to breakeven and maintain their structures despite the imaginary regular influx of married women. Are there married women who engage in prostitution, yes, but that is the reality of life. But the idea that an average married woman out there is somewhere selling herself at a hotel is ludicrous. This is just like asking people to visit Igbobi Orthopaedic so they can fear traveling. Yes, you will see enough badly broken bones. But that doesn't mean the average person out there is treating one broken bone or the other. We all know a tiny minority of the people find themselve in Igbobi. This post isn't about absolving ALL married women of cheating/prostituting but to invalidate pointless alarmist arguments. Married women cheating is as old as marriage itself. We could forgive a child for not knowing this but an adult shouldn't be surprised or alarmed. @OP assuming all married women in Nigeria are chaste except your wife, Will such stats make you happy and your home peaceful? As long as a particular person's wife has not been found cheating/prostituting what a random hotel worker reports should be irrelevant to their home. 189 Likes 20 Shares |

seborrhic:I don't think you understand the US. There is no remedy for severe weather such as hurricane other than not building where it occurs regularly and that means permanently evacuating a large portion of a state population. As for flooding too, some are unavoidable regardless of planning. By the way, the US regularly demolish houses for thousands of reasons such as zoning violations, environmental hazards, eminent domain, Urban Redevelopment e.g road construction. The developers also understand the risk of building without approval. Here is a piece of advice, avoid building without approval. If the climate prediction about Lagos flooding is right, there will be a time where the residents will be the one begging the government to demolish unapproved buildings to save others. Unapproved buildings are on borrowed time. 95 Likes 6 Shares |
