I am waiting for instructions on biometric from IRCC. However, I'd like to ask if I can proceed with creation VFS global for biometric while waiting for further instructions? If yes, I hope I'll not be asked to booked an appointment immediately in the process of creation? Finally, how long doesn't it takes to get a schedule for appointment after bookings. Thank you.
