I've been experiencing this sight issues for years now.
Whenever I sit down for a long time, everything I look at looks as if it's zoomed in, like everything around me becomes so small and when this happens, my remedy is always to stand up and work around or I take a rest for a while.
This happens to me like two or three times a week and it's beginning to bother me.
Do you think it's normal or do you Know it's name?
