Hi guys please I have an enquiry to make ; I was refused a student visa (Master’s) on 13 January 2023 on the bases that I didn’t provide enough evidence of my relationship with my sponsor also that I may not have access to the money in the of my sponsor . NB : (brother-in-law is my sponsor) . I addressed the problem and reapplied again on the 2nd March 2023 with the same sponsor . I received again another refusal on 23rd May 2023 on the basis that the economic situation in my home country outweighs that in Australia therefore they’re not convinced that I’ll return after my study , now Torrens University has canceled my CoE and asked me to apply for withdrawal and refund which I have done . So someone is advising that I apply for ission to a LV1 school (UNSW) and use my dad as my sponsor , get their COE and reapply maybe I could stand a chance of getting a visa , please guys I need your suggestions on this matter . |
