*At 18 i just finished secondary school,
*I was configuring different phones for browsing cheats 100% free.
*i was Creating Java phone Themes with java phones,

Hi Nairaland estate marketers and agents, i have a project i am about to go into but estate marketing is a new terrain for me and i always love consulting experts before i act in any new venture. their is this new real estate firm in abuja that just recently started developing estates, they have two ongoing projects and they are starting the 3rd project soon.

i have set up a team of 4 including myself. 2 ladies and 2 gents.
i have a budget of 13 - 15 million naira for financing our marketing activities

below is how i intend to use my budget, i will like the experienced marketers in the house to please point out where i will not need to budget for and where the budget should be increased or reduced

1. for 1 on 1 marketing, budget is N1,000,000: i have some specific individuals that we will like to inform about this properties and also other organisations within abuja

2. Print ment With Newspapers: we are currently budgeting N2,000,000 for 3 months, about 4 insertions monthly. our current target is 4 insertions monthly, quarter page in property sections.

3. Online ment: we are going to use google adwords, instagram, facebook ads, Nairaland, dochase ads, and may be twitter ads. our budget for online marketing is N2,000,000.

4. Outdoor Advertising: we are going to have a lot of billdoard adverts and its going to take the major budget. for billboards our budget is about N8,600,000

contrary to popular belief online business is the hardest force of revenue generation.. though I made good millions online from Forex trading n Crypto currencies trading/ico creations(I used to even share free Forex tips here but I don't have such time anymore).... it's very difficult ,you needs years of patience and perseverance .. how many Nigerian youths will have the patience to wait for even 5years

i disagree with you. today most of the online businesses i start, i make reasonable amount of money within my first 3 months. i can show you proof on different platforms. trying to reinvest the money offline even with due diligence often results to serious loss. a medium size business center that i am setting up has so far engulfed over 600k, if i am rendering such service online lets say typing and related services on fiverr, i do not need up to 10k to start it profitably. with almost too many resources available on almost any topic by proven experts, i wonder why anyone will say it requires years of patience. yes patience is required but if you acquire the right resources while starting you should be fine in a few months or weeks depending on the nature of the business. if you said online business is more difficult than offline business it means you have never tried anything offline.
