We have been recycling the same set of politicians for as long as I can . Nigerian youths need more of Sowore and Yul for the desired change to materialize.

In a country like South Africa where I reside. I would say that one has to thread with caution with respect to single mothers.

I personally know a couple of naija guys who were destroyed emotionally and financially after falling to 'take the child in' syndrome.

If i correctly you are not required to pay dev fees if adron is building for you.

Should you choose to build yourself; you are required to pay for survey,deeds and dev fees. Without these two, you will not be physically allocated.

The dev fees can also be paid in stages.

The building costs were a bit comparable to what i got from other builders.

Even though it was a bit higher; i choose to have only one point of for my building needs hence i asked adron to build.

I will advice you to pay them a visit someday.
