Politics was one end of the insurgency that had long died. Those that had tried using it for some political gains typical of what happened in the Niger-delta had long shifted grounds. What is happening there is also been observed in the entire muslem world so how is that politics except you want to say the religion is in fact a political movement.

No hard feelings but it is my sincere believe those people and the entire north east would've been living peacefully in their homes if they had majority christian population like the south.
It is also my believe that the world would've known greater peace today without terrorism if the middle east and the rest of the world were all christians.
