Bismillah,Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the worlds, to Him belong the endowments and the befitting perfections and commendations. I ask Allahto raise the rank of Prophet Muhammad, sallallahu ^alayhi wa sallam, and to protect his nation from that which he fears for it, Thereafter:Dear brothers and sisters, know that the wahhabi sect that emerged some 250 years ago, do not follow theSalaf scholars as they claim. And the Salaf are the scholars within the first three hundred years after Prophet Muhammad (Sallallahu ^Alayhi Wa Sallam). Because wahhabisamong the extreme blasphemous beliefs, is their claim that Allah is a large body sitting on the throne, and that He moves from one side to the other. And they also attribute to Allah the limbs and bodily parts, and that's all declared as blasphemous kufur according to the rulesof all scholars of Islam fromSalaf and Khalaf.Wahhabis hate to be called this name, even though they call themselves that in some of their books (See their book "Aqeedah of Muhammad bin Abdil-Wahhab" p105), and this name applied on them because they follow their deviant founder named Muhammad bin Abdul-Wahhab who was refuted by the scholars of his time and other scholars of Ahlus-Sunnah such as the Grand Mufti of Makkah and the Imam of the Shafi^iys ofhis time Sheikh Ahmad bin Zayni Dahlan who authored a book named "Fitnatul-Wahhabiyah", which proves that Sunni scholars refuted them and named them as the devious wahhabi faction.Now to prove that wahhabisoppose Salaf is very simple.In their claim that Allah resides in the sky, and that He sits on the throne, we show the sayings of great scholars of Salaf who refuted such a claim.Because the belief and creed of the Prophet of Allah, sallallahu ^alayhi wa sallam, the Companions and theTrue SalafandKhalaf,is that Allah existed eternally without a place.The proof of this precious statement is what Allah said in the Qur'an, in Surat ash-Shura, ayah 11 which means:"There is nothing like Him and He has the attribute of Hearing and Seeing."This ayah absolutely and totally clearsAllah of resembling the creation. It comprises that Allah, ta^ala, is different from the creations in the Self, Attributes, and Doings.Hence, it shows that Allah, ta^ala, exists without a place, because the one whoexists in a place would, by nature, be composed of atoms, i.e., he would be a body, occupying a space, and Allah, ta^ala, is clear of occupying spaces.Also, Imam Al-Bukhariyy, al-Bayhaqiyy and Ibn al­Jarud related that the Messenger of Allah, sallallahu ^alayhi wa sallam,said which means:"Allah existed eternally and there was nothing else."This hadith proves that Allah was alone in al-'azal, (the status of existence without a beginning,) i.e., before creating any of the creation.There was nothing with Him: no place, no space, no sky, no light, and no darkness. It is determined in the rules of the Religion and the judgments of the sound mind that Allah, the Exalted, does not change. Hence, it is impossible that after having been existing without a place, He would become in a place, becausethis is a development, and the development is a sign of needing others, and the one who needs others is not God.Salafi Sayings Refuting Wahhabi BeliefsAnd among the great scholars of Salaf who refuted such claims, is Imam Abu Hanifah, who is one of the authorities of as-Salaf. He said in his famous bookAl-Fiqh al­Absat: "Allah existed eternally and there was no place. He existed before creating the creation. He existed, and there was no place, creation, or thing; and He is the Creator of everything."Imam Abu Hanifah also said in his book, al­Wasiyyah,: " ... and He is the Preserver of al­^arsh and other than al-^arsh, without needing it, for had He been in need, He would not have the power to create the world and to manage and preserve it. Moreover, had He been in a place needing to sit and rest­­before creating al-^arsh, where was Allah?" That is, the question 'wherewas Allah' would have applied to Him, which is impossible.Also, in his book, Al-Fiqh al-Absat, Imam Abu Hanifah said:"Allah existed eternally and there was no place; He existed before creating the creation. He existed and there was not a place, a creation or a thing; and He is the Creator of everything. He who says 'I do not know if my Lord is in the heavens or on the earth,' is a kafir. Also is a kafir whoever says that 'He is on al-^arsh, and I do not know whether al-^arsh is in the heaven or on the earth'."Imam Ahmad Ibn Salamah,Abu Ja^far at­Tahawiyy, who was born in the year 237 after Hijrah, and was one of the Heads of Great Salaf wrote a book calledAl-^Aqidah at­Tahawiyyah. He mentioned that the content of his book is an elucidation of the creed of Ahl as­Sunnah wal Jama^ah, which is the creed of Imam Abu Hanifah,who died in the year 150 after al­Hijrah, and his two companions, Imam Abu Yusuf al-Qadi and Imam Muhammad Ibn al­Hasan ash-Shaybaniyy and others. He said in his book:"Allah is supremely clear of all boundaries, extremes, sides, organs and instruments. The six directions do not contain Him--these are attributed to all created things."Such is the saying of Imam Abu Ja^far who is among the heads of as-Salaf. He explicitly stated that Allah isclear of being contained by the six directions. The six directions are above, below,in front of, behind, right, andleft.This is only a sample of the sayings of a couple of scholars among the heads of as-Salaf, which stands as a clear evident that wahhabis do not follow the Salaf. Thus we must clear the Name of Salaf from the misguidance of the deviouswahhabi faction who clearlyopposes the Salaf and the Majority of the Muslim nation, by being warned from them and warning people from their misguidance in compliance with the obligation ofOrdering al-Ma^roof and forbidding al-Munkar.Allah Knows best.

Milad-un-Nabi ( ﺻﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻭﺁﻟﻪ ﻭﺳﻠﻢ )
The legal and religious status of celebrating the
birth of Holy Prophet (Peace & Blessings be upon
him) in light of the Qur’an and Sunnah:
And Indeed everyone rejoices except for Shaytan
and his counterparts, because:
ﺃﻥ ﺇﺑﻠﻴﺲ ﺭﻥ ﺃﺭﺑﻊ ﺭﻧﺎﺕ ﺣﻴﻦ ﻟﻌﻦ ﻭﺣﻴﻦ ﺃﻫﺒﻂ ﻭﺣﻴﻦ ﻭﻟﺪ
ﺭﺳﻮﻝ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﺻﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻭﺳﻠﻢ ﻭﺣﻴﻦ ﺃﻧﺰﻟﺖ ﺍﻟﻔﺎﺗﺤﺔ
Translation: Iblis cried loudly four times, first when
Allah declared him as cursed, second when he was
thrown out, Third When Prophet (salallaho alaihi
wasalam) was born and fourth when Surah al-
Fatiha was revealed [Ibn Kathir in Al Bidayah wan-
Nihayah, Volume No. 2, Page No. 166]
Note: The above is a small introduction, the Qati'i
(absolute) and clear proofs start from below which
is a must read In shaa'Allah.
Muslims rejoice on birth of Prophet (Peace &
Blessings be upon him) because Allah has told us
to rejoice on His "Bounties and Mercies" This
following text shall be based on
a) Qur'an and it's sciences
b) Hadith literature
c) Sayings of eminent scholars and fuqaha
d) Counter refutation of claims made against
Mawlid.
a) Understanding through Al-Qur'an wal Furqan
and It's sciences
Proof No.1
Qur'an states:
ﻗُﻞْ ﺑِﻔَﻀْﻞِ ﺍﻟﻠَّﻪِ ﻭَﺑِﺮَﺣْﻤَﺘِﻪِ ﻓَﺒِﺬَﻟِﻚَ
ﻓَﻠْﻴَﻔْﺮَﺣُﻮﺍ ﻫُﻮَ ﺧَﻴْﺮٌ ﻣِﻤَّﺎ ﻳَﺠْﻤَﻌُﻮﻥَ
Translation: Say: "In the bounty of God. And in His
Mercy, in that "LET THEM REJOICE" : that is
better than the (wealth) they hoard (Surah Yunus,
10:58)
Some might think in their wildest of imaginations
that birth and arrival of Prophet (salallaho alaihi
wasalam) is not a mercy, some even falsely limit
the Mercies of Allah by saying that mercy
mentioned here does not refer to Prophet
Muhammad (salallaho alaihi wasalam) thus we
should not rejoice, so in reply to such people the
best answer is found in Tafsir of Qur'an through
Qur'an itself.
Qur'an states at another place:
ﻭَﻣَﺎ ﺃَﺭْﺳَﻠْﻨَﺎﻙَ ﺇِﻟَّﺎ ﺭَﺣْﻤَﺔً ﻟِﻠْﻌَﺎﻟَﻤِﻴﻦَ
Translation: We have not sent you but as a “Mercy
to the worlds” (Surah al-Anbiya, 21:107)
Hence without any shadow of doubt arrival of
Prophet (Peace & Blessings be upon him) is a
mercy not only upon us but all worlds and
creations of Allah azza Wajjal, thus we should
rejoice as ordered in Qur'an (10:58)
Imam Ibn al-Jawzi (rah) explains 10:58 in his
Tafsir:
ﺃﻥ ﻓﻀﻞ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ : ﺍﻟﻌﻠﻢ، ﻭﺭﺣﻤﺘﻪ : ﻣﺤﻤﺪ ﺻﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻭﺳﻠﻢ،
ﺭﻭﺍﻩ ﺍﻟﻀﺤﺎﻙ ﻋﻦ ﺍﺑﻦ ﻋﺒﺎﺱ .
Translation: ad-Dhahak narrated from Ibn Abbas
(ra) that Bounty mentioned in this verse means
Knowledge (i.e of Qur'an and Tawhid) whereas
Mercy means Muhammad (Salallaho alaihi
wasalam) [Ibn Jawzi Z'ad al Maseer fi Ilm at Tafsir,
(4/40)]
Imam Abu Hayyan al Andalusi (Rahimuhullah) also
says:
ﺍﻟﻔﻀﻞ ﺍﻟﻌﻠﻢ ﻭﺍﻟﺮﺣﻤﺔ ﻣﺤﻤﺪ ﺻﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻭﺳﻠﻢ
Translation: Bounty refers to Knowledge whereas
Mercy refers to Muhammad (salallaho alaihi
wasalam) [Tafsir Al-Bahr al Muheet, (5/171)]
Imam Jalal uddin Suyuti (Rahimuhullah) says
ﻭﺃﺧﺮﺝ ﺃﺑﻮ ﺍﻟﺸﻴﺦ ﻋﻦ ﺍﺑﻦ ﻋﺒﺎﺱ ﺭﺿﻲ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﻋﻨﻬﻤﺎ ﻓﻲ
ﺍﻵﻳﺔ ﻗﺎﻝ : ﻓﻀﻞ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﺍﻟﻌﻠﻢ، ﻭﺭﺣﻤﺘﻪ ﻣﺤﻤﺪ ﺻﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ
ﻭﺳﻠﻢ، ﻗﺎﻝ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﺗﻌﺎﻟﻰ
} ﻭﻣﺎ ﺃﺭﺳﻠﻨﺎﻙ ﺇﻻ ﺭﺣﻤﺔ ﻟﻠﻌﺎﻟﻤﻴﻦ {
‏[ﺍﻷﻧﺒﻴﺎﺀ : 107 ].
Abu Sheikh (rah) narrated from Ibn Abbas (RA) That
Bounty of Allah means Knowledge, whereas Mercy
means Muhammad (Salallaho alaihi wasalam) Allah
Ta'ala said: We have sent thee not but as Mercy
to Worlds (Al Anbiya: 107) [As-Suyuti in Dur al
Manthur (4/330)]
Allama Aloosi (rah) explains that even Fadhl (i.e.
bounty) refers to Prophet Muhammad (salallaho
alaihi wassalam)
ﻭﺃﺧﺮﺝ ﺍﻟﺨﻄﻴﺐ ﻭﺍﺑﻦ ﻋﺴﺎﻛﺮ ﻋﻨﻪ ﺗﻔﺴﻴﺮ ﺍﻟﻔﻀﻞ ﺑﺎﻟﻨﺒـﻲ
ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﺍﻟﺼﻼﺓ ﻭﺍﻟﺴﻼﻡ
Narrated by Al Khatib (rah) and Ibn Asakir (rah)
that Bounty refers to An-Nabi (Alaih Salatu
Wassalam) [Al-Alusi in Ruh al Ma’ani (11/141)]
Proof No. 2 Qur'an states
ﺫَﻟِﻚَ ﻓَﻀْﻞُ ﺍﻟﻠَّﻪِ ﻳُﺆْﺗِﻴﻪِ ﻣَﻦْ ﻳَﺸَﺎﺀُ ﻭَﺍﻟﻠَّﻪُ ﺫُﻭ ﺍﻟْﻔَﻀْﻞِ ﺍﻟْﻌَﻈِﻴﻢِ
That is the bounty of Allah; which He giveth unto
whom He will. Allah is of Infinite Bounty ( ﻭَﺍﻟﻠَّﻪُ ﺫُﻭ
ﺍﻟْﻔَﻀْﻞِ ﺍﻟْﻌَﻈِﻴﻢِ )
(62:4)
Hadrat Abdullah Ibn Abbas (Radhi Allah) explains
“Allah is of infinite bounty” as :
(Allah is of infinite bounty) by bestowing Islam and
prophethood upon Muhammad (pbuh); and it is
also said this means: by bestowing Islam upon the
believers; and it is also said this means: by
sending the Messenger and Scripture to His
created beings. [Tanwir al Miqbas Min Tafsir Ibn
Abbas]
Proof No. 3 Qur'an states regarding Yahya (a.s):
ﻭَﺳَﻠَﺎﻡٌ ﻋَﻠَﻴْﻪِ ﻳَﻮْﻡَ ﻭُﻟِﺪَ ﻭَﻳَﻮْﻡَ ﻳَﻤُﻮﺕُ ﻭَﻳَﻮْﻡَ
ﻳُﺒْﻌَﺚُ ﺣَﻴًّﺎ
Translation: So Peace on him the day he was
born, the day that he dies, and the day that he will
be raised up to life (again)! [Surah al-Maryum,
(19:15)]
So the days when Anbiya are born are days of
"Tranquility" in sight of Allah.
Proof No. 4 Qur'an states:
We sent Moses with Our signs (and the
command). "Bring out thy people from the depths
of darkness into light, and teach them to
the “Days of Allah ( ﺑِﺄَﻳَّﺎﻡِ ﺍﻟﻠَّﻪِ ) ." Verily in this there
are Signs for such as are firmly patient and
constant,- grateful and appreciative. (14:5)
What are the Ayyam of Allah? Imam al-Bayhaqi
narrates in his Shu'ab al Iman that Prophet (Peace
be upon him) said: The Days of Allah are his
"Blessings and Signs" [Tafsir Ruh ul Ma’ani under
14:5]
Istadlal from Ahadith
Proof No.1
Book 006, Number 2606 (Sahih Muslim)
Abu Qatada Ansari (Allah be pleased with him)
reported that Allah's Massenger (may peace be
upon him) was asked about fasting on Monday,
whereupon he said: It is (the day) when I was
born and revelation was sent down to me.
This Hadith is also reported in by Imam al-
Bahayqi in his “Sunnan ul Kubra” (Vol. 4, pg. 300
Hadith no 8182, 8259), in the “Sunan” of Imam
Nisai and the “Musnad” of Imam Ahmad bin
Hanbal.
It is clear from this Hadith that the Holy Prophet
(Peace be upon him) was very happy about the
day of his birth and so fasted out of gratitude.
Fasting is a form of worship, so one can celebrate
this day by any form of ibada. One can fast or
hold gatherings or provide food to the poor, all
being acts of worship.
Proof No.2
Volume 7, Book 62, Number 38: (Sahih Bukhari)
Narrated 'Ursa; Thuwaiba was the freed slave girl
of Abu Lahb whom he had manumitted, and then
she suckled the Prophet. When Abu Lahb died, one
of his relatives saw him in a dream in a very bad
state and asked him, "What have you
encountered?" Abu Lahb said, "I have not found
any rest since I left you, except that I have been
given water to drink in this (the space between his
thumb and other fingers) and that is because of
my manumitting Thuwaiba."
Abu Lahab freed Thuwaiba on joy at birth of
Prophet (salallaho alaihi wasalam), even the worst
of Kufaar and greatest of enemies is given
relaxation in his Adhaab due to freeing Thawaiba
by pointing with his finger, so Imagine the
situation of a momin who rejoices on Mawlid,
detailed explanation of this hadith shall be given in
the last section of Verdicts from classical scholars.
Proof No.3
Volume 2, Page No. 147, Hadith No. 1130 (Sahih
Muslim, Dar ul Kutab al ILmiyyah)
Ibn Abbas “Allah be pleased with him” reported:
The Prophet “Allah’s blessing and peace be upon
him” came to Madina and saw the Jews fasting on
the tenth day of Muharram. They were asked about
that. They replied: “This is the day, on which Allah
made Moses and the children of Israel emerge
victorious over Pharoah. So, we fast on it “OUT OF
GLORIFICATION TO IT”. The Prophet “Allah’s
blessing and peace be upin him” said: “We have
more claim over Moses than you.” So, he ordered
Muslims to fast on it
If Jews glorify their days to venerate Musa (a.s)
then we Muslims have more right to venerate and
rejoice on day when Prophet (saw) was born, this
is an accepted analogy as Ulama have derived this
specific ruling from the hadith, which shall be
mentioned in the last section with detail.

Volume 1, Page No. 241, Hadith No. 448 (Sunnan
an Nasai’i)
Hadrat Anas bin Malik (RA) narrates that Prophet
(Peace be upon him) while mentioning his journey
of Miraaj explains: Jibreel (a.s) asked me to get off
from Buraak at Bethlehem and told me to say the
prayer there, after which he said: Do you know
where you have prayed (O Messenger of Allah)?
You prayed at Bethlehem where Isa (a.s) "was
born".
Imam al-Bayhaqi (rah) narrated this hadith with a
different route too from another Sahabi call

“My father was a Qaadiriyya Sufi. I started learning the Qur’aan from him. I also started Ilimee (Islamic Sciences) with him, after which I studied under the tutelage of Alfa Esin who was a Tijaaniyah. I learnt with Alfa Umar (Imam of Agbaji, Ilorin) who was a Tijaaniyah. I finished/concluded studies with Sheikhg Adam Namaajy who was a Qaadiriyah.

Alfa Salman Ake was the first to initiate me into the Qaadiriyah, after which I took it from Alfa Nda Salaatee, I also took form Alfa Adam Namaajii (Kano). I took it from the Gabas (East). I took from Shehu Naasir Kabara (Kano), I also got initiated (in the Qaadiriyah branch) of Shehu Uthman dan Fodio (Al~Fuudawiyyah).



I became Khaleefah (of Sufi Order) through Shehu Malik Shabdabu ‘in’ Kishajamu: {which consists of; Naqshabandiyyah, Junaydiyyah, Shaadhiliyyah, Marjaniyyah and Qadiriyyah}.

But (my role) in teaching people Islamic Knowledge (kewuu) pulled me back/made me retrogress (in the khilaafah of the spiritual paths), the reason for this is: If one upholds the Tareeqah/Spiritual path, one caters for his Self/Soul (Personal Salvation), and he wont be able to cater for others.”

NOTE: Spiritual Salvation/Journey is a personal one, which entails Jihad an~Nafs (Striving against the Lower~Self/Ego). It is very important to have a Shaykh al~Waseel (Guidance Shaykh), but the implementation of all his/her teachings in the journey strongly depends on the individual courage, discipline and sincerity of the mureed/seeker to reach the pristine destination of being soaked in one’s creator. May Allah make easy for us the journey and grant us the courage, discipline and sincerity to arrive our divine destination with Salaam/Peace/Shalom, Ameen…….

The first person to create salatul fatihi is the
sayyidina Aliyu RTA nd KRMJH. For evidence,
check fadaa'il Salatul Fatih of ibn basheer
(page 66).
And he (sayidina Aliyyu, karamallahu
waj'hahu) recited it in front of Mustafa SAW
nd Rasulillah SAW said; Some people will
come after me, they will use the salat.
Even, there's part of salatul fatihi in his
anoda salat which started with "Allahumma
ya daahiyal madhuhaati" see. Dala'ilul

Proof No 2;
Then after sayyidna Aliyu RTA n KRMJH, with
the age of years, there was a sufi called
Shaykh Mustafa al-Bakri (grandson of
sayyidina Abubakar RTA). He entered Ka'abat
ush Shareef and make khalwa (seclusion)
asking Allah to give him the best salat upon
Rasulillah SAW and he saw salatul fatihi in a
form of light and he was informed that
people will come after him that will be
reading it (See Jami'u karamatil Auliya'I of
An-Nabhaniy vol 1.)

is not a prophet sees such things, then I will
say this is ja'iz in sharee'ah. For more info,

This one is not ilmiyyah(proof with

table. We will see that we just plead Allah to
do salat upon our Rasul SAW, exactly the one
he does for Nabiyy Ibrahim AS and Allah
does salat for Nabiyy Ibrahim, in accordance
to his position in front of Allah.
But as for Salatul Fatihi, we asked Allah (in
it...towards the ending) to do the salat in
equivalence to Rasulillah SAW's position (and
grandeur) in front Of Allah (Haqqa qadrihi
wa miqdaarihi Al-Azeem) and we All know
that Rasulillah's position is more more far
than that of Nabiyy Ibrahim in front Of Allah.
Proof No 4:-
When Maulana Abul Abass (Shaykh Ahmad
Tijani) came, in the year 1196, Rasulillah
gave him tariqa and salatul fatihi after a
while he found a salat (Allahumma Salli Ala
sayyidina Muhammadin Adada mafi ilmullahi
salatan Da'eematan bi dawami mulkillah).
The person that gave him the salat said that
the salat is the best salat.
When he stated the salat, he saw Rasulillah
SAW and told him he should go back to his
salatul fatihi because is more better than
any salat, even one of it is equivalant to
other salats 70,000times (See Durratul
khareedah of Shaykh Abdul Wahid An-Nazifi
vol 3 and Bughyatul Mustafeedah of Shaykh
ibn Arab sa'ihi).
You might want to say that how come
Shaykh Tijani saw Rasulillah (SAW) when
they were not (existing) in the same era...
then I will give you the evidence of what the
Rasul said;
"Whoever sees me in dream, will indeed see
me physically [except that most of us lack
the spiritual insight to see Reality] (man yara
ni fil manami fasayarani fil yaqzatin" (Sahih
