Is it possible for to settle down when i dont have any work experience other than computer training and my cyber security knowledge

My question is that
Is it possible to settle down in russia
Pls how can i use my knowledge to make money while staying there

And i wish to bring my siings and family to russia as from end of next year

LOL don't mind those lies Virgin port LOL. Well, that could be applicable if you're applying for tourist visa. And they would want to be sure that you have travelled to other countries on tourism and returned back to your country. If your port is a virgin port and you have provided all the required documents, there's a fat chance to be granted a tourist visa into Russia.

But in the case of study permit and working permit it has nothing to do with virgin orts.

Age doesn't affect a study visa except you're a minor, then you need a certain written and signed consent from your parents.

When it comes to learning IT Russia is excellent in it.

Reason why i can access Jumia Nigeria from Russia without VPN lol. Jumia they fear hackers from ths region of the world. Though aside from the message ed in the jokes, to find hackers here is very difficult. Because no one would tell you he's a hacker except through a secret recomendation. but you can find programmers.

If you're a good programmer you can as well decypher ways of hacking.

Though, most of the Russian hackers works for their govt where the use it for good purposes.

You could be lucky to find people who can teach you. But such course isn't 10kobo.
