helinues: I don't understand. How have I said otherwise? I think I'm greatly misunderstood. I'm just saying that what is good for the goose is good for the gander. You can't treat A with attention and treat B with disdain, and then claim to be fair. How does that conflict the law? |

If I reply the two idiots above, they'd feel we're intellectually equals. Defending my religion against plain ridicule doesn't necessarily translate to fighting for my God. But I don't expect atheists to understand. Idiots who believe the universe came by entropy, what can they understand? Lol. But it is not my thing to suffer fools. That is not my forte. |

OtemAtum: The last thing I am is a fanatic. I am more of an egalitarian. Equal rights. If you are doing so to A, do it also to B. It doesn't make sense to allow favouritism. What will it get you? There's no point about making my own forum. It's like saying you can't criticise your government so you'd open your own country. I don't even understand why I'm wasting words on you, a pseudo-atheist. You think aligning yourself with the philosophy of atheism of antitheism would immediately increase your sense. No. You don't get smart like that Or by bearing a corrupt form of the ancient Egyptian name. No. Better still, why don't you create your own thread instead of committing a nuisance on here? 1 Like |

Over 30 folks have viewed this thread, including Christians, yet no one has lent their voice to it. Later they'd cry out against oppression. That's why many of you are slaves to your pastors. You don't want to act for yourself or think. You don't want to take the initiative. You just love to cry out about being oppressed. That's why the Islamisation policy would thrive. Because Christians, rather than act, would take delight in the prospect of being oppressed and seeing if as winning heavenly points. "Blessed are the persecuted.". Smh. Not everything needs Divine Intervention. If you don't take the initiative, you'd just perish for nothing. |

lilianofentse: I created a thread on the nonsense. Christians in this forum need more activism. We can't allow someone turn our religion into a spit bowl. 1 Like |

OtemAtum: This is one of the things I'm talking about. Insane fellows shouldn't be allowed to just dump their comment on a Christian related thread. Of what benefit is it to you? Who gains? See why we need more activism in order to achieve what our Muslim brothers achieved by making threats on the life of the owner of this forum? |

tactius: That's funny. Because you make it seem like MTN buys the data they offer. No. Instead the cheat would generate more for them as it would bring more customers. This is an old strategy employed by these networks. The cheat would stop working in 2 days or so. But those that bought an MTN SIM for this purpose may not throw it away, low-key hoping another cheat comes soon. 8 Likes |

oluwaseunamos33: Lol. According to Business Insider, Lexus and Toyota rank at number 1 and 2 best brands of 2018. You can check other sites also. What do you look out for in a car? Name? Or reliability? No one is talking about pencil light or 2001 Corolla. https://www.businessinsider.com/most-reliable-car-brands-2018-consumer-reports-2018-10 https://brandirectory.com/rankings/automobiles-100-2018

Abalado: I don't think the crime is just sex, after all they are adults. The offence however is sex in exchange of favours, or to avoid a penalty, like failing her on purpose. I think that is the main crime. So if she doesn't have sex with him, he'd just fail her. You sef reason am. 9 Likes 1 Share |

Wisdomval67: Lol. Why are you jumping boats anyhow? First you assumed that Rick Ross has never been arrested because they have freedom of speech. Now this. I never said he hasn't been arrested. I just said he's not as hard as he is on TV. He's a plastic nigga. Naira Marley's judgement hasn't been concluded. He was only granted bail. Even Evans the kidnapper was granted bail. It doesn't prove anything. And from your migraine-inducing sentences, I assume you didn't receive much education. My advice: quit Nairaland and enrol for adult education. It would do you a whole lot of good. Shalom. 2 Likes 1 Share |

Wisdomval67: Lol. Everyone with knowledge of HipHop knows Rick Ross stunts are for TV alone. He was once a correctional officer. Forget his talks about selling coke. That thing is fake. Everyone knows that. Lil Wayne has done jail time plus lots of community service. So has Birdman. So has lots of American musicians, who so gangsta stuff in real life. It's so simple. Do your gangsta stuff on music videos alone. But don't try to bring that shít outside. There's freedom of speech there but they also get arrested. So what is your point? Mind you the thing called "Freedom of Speech" is grossly misinterpreted. A White man can call you "nigger", it's his freedom of speech, but do you want him to be arrested? Freedoms of speech means the government allows criticism. That's the basic meaning. And freedom of speech doesn't come without consequences. That was Naira Marley's undoing. 1 Like 1 Share |

Wisdomval67: I was expecting that comeback. Similar to the one employed by Buharists when you remind them of one campaign promise their lord made. "where did he say he'd build one refinery every year?; where did Fashola say he can fix power in 6 months?" The problem is that we can always illegality. It's easy. Look at the question you're asking me. Like you never watched the video where he was smoking a blunt and saying yahoo boys should be encouraged since they are getting back our stolen wealth (a very stupid preassumption), and that they should be left alone, since, after all, our politicians steal. Didn't you see that video, or where you expecting him to say "I, Naira Marley, endorse Internet Fraud with my whole heart", before you understand the implications of his statement? Think. That's why God in His infiniteness gave you a brain. 3 Likes 1 Share |

iammo: Who snitched on who? Smh. Do some of you just take immense delight in being stupid or where you just born with defective brain cells? Who snitched on who? That someone made a video endorsing internet fraud and even calling in everyone to it, then gets picked up by law enforcement. A very stupid act that nobody else has ever done. How is that snitching? If I endorse rape, and get arrested, do I blame another man for my woes, even if I cry "I'm not a rapist"? Why do some of you reason like you were conceived after a Truth or Dare game? The facts laid before us are so simple. Naira Marley was rather misguided and nailed his own coffin. That Rugged Man cautioned him was just a forewarn. Maybe if Naira had issued an apology on time, it would never have regenerated to this level. So you expected EFCC to just sit with their arms folded while one youth would be endorsing fraud? No. They had to be proactive. Naira Marley was just a scape goat who willingly led himself to the slaughter. What irks me is how useless individuals like you see him as a freedom fighter despite his unintelligence and unchecked attitude. Then the fool himself walks about with the Black Power Fist. And you blame your politicians for treating you cruelly. When you don't even reason well. |

Wisdomval67: Singing about fraud is one thing. Doing an Instagram video endorsing fraud is another thing. Get the difference. Music is an art. And art is all about a subject matter. You can adopt a persona, but let it end there. No one would give you laurels for ing internet fraud. Not even the fraudsters themselves. They'd just groove to your music. That's all. That's where it ends. But for you to start forming activism for what is illegal, you might as well hang yourself. 4 Likes 1 Share |

herakles: You haven't even seen the Hongmeng, you are already complaining. Take a chill pill. You can stick to your Android. No wahala. Some people use iOS. No wahala. But we can't use your whims to stop an idea , Hongmeng OS, from coming into fruition. 9 Likes 1 Share |

herakles: Lol. Same thing some nigga on this forum would have said like 8 years ago about Android coming to beat BlackBerry OS. Probably thought it was the best thing at that time. You just seem to have a disdain for change, or of power leaving the West. Unfortunately, not everyone shared such unfounded fear. I only hope the Hongmeng is usuable, and knowing Huawei as a reputable brand, developing an OS won't be difficult for them. Android isn't perfect. Let the world try something new abeg. 13 Likes 1 Share |

herakles: And why not? It would take time of course, but things would never be the same for Android. What may happen is that these Chinese brands, although not affected by the ban, may make their phones in 2 variants - android and hongmeng. It would also warn other none US brands to be careful. If their countries ever have an issue with the US, they may not have access to Google services again. So they may be forced to develop their own OS. Fact of the matter is things will definitely not be the same for Android again. No one ever expected them to reign past 5 more years tho'. 8 Likes |

winningwinner: Lol. People just throw numbers without proper research. How many priests do you even think are in Nigeria, that a thousand and one would leave to open their own church? Lol. It's not so easy. After spending almost 15 years in Seminary, and being exposed to a number of theological indoctrination and philosophical enlightenment. I can't lie that it doesn't happen. But it's like 1 in 1000 priests. Because I've heard of like just 1 or 2 dissenters. If worse comes to worst, the priest would leave the vocation. But to start a church in the Pentecostal arm? It's a rarity. It's almost unthinkable by priests. 2 Likes |

archangel1: I'm Catholic and i have to side with him. Why all these ministries? It's not a traditional Catholic thing. It's just a complex based on the society we're in where Pentecostal worship is seen as the best. So Catholic Priests have to create ministries with semblance of Pentecostal worship in order to dissuade from leaving the church. It's not a bad thing, as it has achieved its purpose to an extent, indeed even Pentecostals even come to these Ministries, like the Lumen Christi Ministry run by Father Dibia in Delta. But some of these priests see themselves as pope and begin to feel big and all. Look at Mbaka. Some may not even have the time to carry out their priestly vocation as their ministry becomes their number 1 priority. |
