Congratulations to him. I once removed one(a live one too) from my body some years back. It had the resemblance to a boil but the feeling was just not normal. That particular evening, I separated myself from everyone, went to the balcony and then pressed it. I was hoping to see some pus, but a live maggot, just about that size was what came out.
I fixed my gaze on it for then squashed it with a stone.
I never told my family. It is still a wonder till this day, how that maggot got there.

The vernal equinox is the first day of spring, usually March 21, that's easy enough. And we all know what a full moon is. Now let's get into why those factors were chosen.


The Bible says that Jesus was resurrected around the time of the Jewish over, which was celebrated on the first full moon after the vernal equinox. Some Christians began celebrating Easter directly on over, while others waited for the following Sunday, because that's the day of the week the Resurrection occurred. But in 325 A.D. at the Council of Nicaea, Emperor Constantine sought to unify the date, choosing the Sunday after the full moon.


While Christmas is always December 25, the date of Easter affects numerous other Christian holidays throughout the year. Palm Sunday, Good Friday, Ascension Day and Pentecost all depend on when Easter falls. For this year, it's April 21.

Was just strolling back from my work place and I just bumped into this smiling girl who was giving me all shades of familiarity. I was sold on instantly and we stopped to greet like we've known for so long. Not until I found out that we've not really met from Adam, we just bumped each with a smiling face and there we started chatting.



She said that she just started talking to me because she felt like it. We exchanged names, and she asked for my occupation which I told her, she started talking about how her directors laptop needs repairs, because I told her I was a computer technician, I tried to enquire the nature of the problem and she asked me to come to their company in person for the stuff. I was feeling skeptical about going to the company but I ended up taking her number.


Calling her this evening she said I need to be at the company by 8am if I am to see her boss, completely unsettling my own schedule. I tried to work out the timing and she went completely ballistic saying they won't hesitate to invite other technicians if I don't make it there by 8am.


I'm a little bit confused, scared because I've never met a girl bold enough and all that. Plus the location of the company is somehow to me.

The Academic Staff Union of Universities on Monday said that it would continue with the ongoing strike unless the Federal Government satisfied their demand on the revitalization .
Speaking after the rescheduled meeting with the FG at the Federal Ministry of Labour and Employment which lasted about four hours , ASUU president , Prof Biodun Ogunyemi , told reporters that the meeting ended with grey areas to be resolved .
He said , “We have not suspended the strike, the discussion will continue at a later date . We are going back to our for further consultation. FG gave us reaction to our proposals but there were still grey areas that we are trying to sort out .
“Before the strike can be suspended , the most critical area that FG must address is revitalization . It is central to our academic work , unless that area is addressed , our will still have issues . We are not demanding for N 50 bn , we are saying that the minimum that FG can release to reactivate revitalization fund is N 50 bn .”
The Minister of Labour and Employment , Dr Chris Ngige , however said that the FG and made substantial commitment to ASUU demands and would meet the leadership again when they were ready. He added that although he had expected a marathon session with ASUU because President Muhammadu Buhari had ordered him to ensure that all issues relating to the strike were resolved, the meeting ended early .
He said , “We did not take a long time than we anticipated . We have other commitments but the important thing is that we have made substantial progress . We have reached some agreements in seven areas . Most of the issues have been resolved but ASUU will need to consult its and come with what they think .
