And priority which is for 5 working days for a decision to be made

no it wouldn't, the effect is basically after your biometrics and not before.

The UKvi website shows Priority is back for only Visit visas.

DBS check is nothing, they would send you a third party email where you will fill a form and sign to that effect.
you should be able to pay using form A, check the school payment/fees site for how an international student can make payment.
