Let them not allow Kwankwasi to be part of the coalition. Obi Presido..... Lamido or Datti VP and we are cute to go.

Hmmmmm...... I was thinking it's DSS that picked him.

What is happening to PDP and LP is simply Tinubu's strategy in muscling opposition parties, knowing quite alright that they stand a strong chance against him in 2027, if they eventually aligned together. Unfortunately, most and leaders of the party are not keen enough to grab that. Anyways, Congrats to SKE.

Unfortunately, people keep dying everyday in the hands of wicked, carefree and senseless Nigerian Police. An average Police officer in Naija is a drunkard, smoker and careless in dispense of duty. How could u give a rifle to someone that would be abusing drugs and other substances and expect him or her to be tactful in the discharge of duty. It's unfortunate that the teenager just lost his life in the process, but that cock and bull story that the PPRO just released, is the normal life of Police in a bid to continue being on the safe side.

This is a pointer to the fact that our politicians are not purpose driven, but interest driven. However, i don't know if the electoral act where defect and lose ur seat was stated was completely erased from the constitution.

Baba-Ahmed should not dissuade the trio from running. It's a thing of interest.

There comes a time in the life a person when he or she makes a choice between good and bad and that time is now. BAT has offered nothing to the country, even though he claimed he promised us nothing.

At this point, it's completely immaterial whether a northener or southerner continues in steering the affairs of Nigerian leadership. Bola Ahmed Tinubu has failed woefully and learned people like myself cannot sacrifice meritocracy on the altar of tribalism. 2027 is between Tinubu and the people.

Unfortunately, the masses are being used here, just like in the game of chess, where the pawns are always used to win but are not regarded. If by next election, the masses continue to these con politicians, then the country is penciled for everlasting fate that befalls them.

Senator David Bonaventure Alechenu Mark..... His wisdom and tranquility even in the face of uproar, was topnotch.

All I want to say is that Tinubu should make peace with the North if he wants to go for second term. As for the Southeast, we will continue to be the beneficiary of the whole thing as we are not interested in their power sharing.

U are entitled to ur opinion, but it was Atiku's parting of way with Obi that brought Tinubu into power, if what INEC published in the election was the authentic result. Just wait for the coalition and the northern agitation against BAT and we will see how it will all pan out.

Critically looking at the stance of the Governors, they are all afraid of the Rivers situation and as such do not want such issue in their states. However, they may still make a u-turn at the very dying minute, so don't trust their deceitful statement. As for Atiku, all he needs now is to go into a strong agreement with Obi for the South to complete the remaining tenure and hand over to him. Anything short of that, he should bid the seat of the Presidency farewell for life.

When some hungry old men gather to have their own share of the national cake, what do u expect. They were all sidelined after 2023 and now they are looking for a way to make a comeback.

In developed parts of the world, this is a welcome development. But down here, we are not yet civilized to handle such political system. Think of the dichotomy between the North and the South.

I keep laughing when posts like this come up. These people are running the state of Rivers like a cartel, where the person on the seat is not the one in charge. But the question is, why would Fubara beg Wike? I'm even disappointed at Tompolo, a militant from Ijaw clan who is supposed to be agitating about the whole thing and the Govt might consider settlement. He was telling Wike to forgive Fubara, as his God or father. Ndi ara.

In every rumour, there is always an iota of truth. Are u telling me that those vacating their villages in Uzo-Uwani L.G of Enugu State are catching cruise. The Governor should sit up security wise..... Ho....haa!

Except Tinubu is not feeling well, a President should not leave his country for this long and people are dying everyday like fowls in different parts of the said country.

Did u read ur comment ? Is Obi the President of Nigeria? So asking the President to return home amidst numerous cases of insurgency that has claimed lives is being petty. Until u suffer what the victims are suffering, u won't have ur brain in reset mode

So of all the menaces and insurgency bedeviling the state, all the myopic SPA abi PSA could play was partisan politics. If Peter Obi was of APC, would he had made such comments? I think it's high time we outgrown this shady political display and focus on the real leadership. Numerous incidents of killing in the state which preceded the tenure of Gov. Alia and persevered in Benue, is a proof that he is not delivering as sworn, on the day of his swearing in.

This rumour doesn't sound truthful, but it's obvious Gov. Sanwo-Olu has fallen out with Asiwaju.
