About your investment idea, that's a brilliant one. Actually I submitted a proposal for installation of 0.6MW wind turbine to power same Tomaro Island as part of my final dissertation to the BPMA. i called ur customer care line and was told to call mtn customer care because the transaction according to her was successful. I called mtn call center and was directed by them to provide the number and time that the Transaction was made.
I called ur customer care line again for abt 8 minutes and I told her that I called MTN customer care and they insisted I give them the number that transfered the data to me and what time was the data transferred. your customer representative refused to give me that information. Pls kindly tell me how do I get my suppose data you claim to have sent when you have refused to give me the information I need to give MTN customer care representative to track it.
I even told her to call MTN customer care herself and request that I get credited since the transaction information is with her and can easily be traced from the line she used in sending me the data. instead she is saying nothing can be done abt it. At whose loss pls.
