I went to the market to buy food stuff, so I decided to make 10,650 naira withdrawal before I start buying things, lo and behold, I was debited on my opay but declined on the moniepoint terminal, the pos lady initiated a reversal request, this happened yesterday morning, till now, the money has not been reversed, I ended up going back home without buying anything heart broken. I have sent countless messages to moniepoint via WhatsApp no response, even sent mail, nothing yet, pls any moniepoint agent here to assist me.

cry I bought this oil yesterday in the market here in the North for 2500 naira, this morning after turning it into a 2½ litre of container I nearly shed tears. Chai, if I continue buying oil this expensive how am I going to make it. Coconut and red oil is too expensive here. This is just one bottle oo, a milk cup of it is 500 naira.

Godwins4 this a good idea above. As for business to do with N60K. It has to be very small scale. Like selling airtime or POS business. Economy is so bad that N60K is used for daily food by sine people. If na lie go to eatery if you don't eat N20K worth food at once.
Yeah, you are right, all hands are not equal, some can even spend it in one hour sef, lol. Same 60k is still someone's prayer point, people like me currently. Thanks for your advice, I already have pos, I will add airtime and data to the business.

get a shop and be sleeping inside the shop pending when you make money to rent house you live, it s better to be makin money than to be sleeping on bed like a rabbits
Lol, it's actually a container and it's not that big to contain me and my properties, not to talk about where to bath and so on.
Godwins4: 7:58am On Jan 24
I am stuck between this two currently and I don't know how to solve the puzzle, I need your input guys, I have decided to take my fate with my hands.
I got a shop at a good location to start my business again, some of you might know my story already from here, even the last thread I opened I didn't receive any help, so I decided to forge ahead, as a man, you are on your own lol. Man no to dey get help like that, you are already guilty of life unless proven innocent.
So guys, the issue is that, the new shop and my rent is 60k, and it is due next month. I currently have the 60k but I am scared if I go for the shop, I won't be able to pay my rent next month, and I need this shop. I don't have anybody to borrow 60k from if I use the one at hand to get the shop, pls what business can I do within a month to get 60k. I have been staying at home all these while and this is my chance to atleast leave house and go to hustle for daily bread, man is no longer getting younger, my neighbours don see me finish.
I need your advice guys.

Op I was once like you but experience made me focus on myself, I pray you bounce back because good people don suffer for this world.
If you can leave your state to a place like Abuja, PH or Lagos, I believe you won't be poor if you are determined to succeed.
I really wish to go to Abuja or PH but I don't have the capital, except if I can see anyone that can accommodate me for a month or two while I go out to hustle for work, then save up money for rent, I thought I will get something doing here after service... but this state is very dry that even to see a work of 20k in a month is by strong connection which I don't have, now I am stuck, no progress and it's eating me up. Thanks bro, I appreciate your input.

If you can research the cheapest and most produced agricultural produce in your state of residence then send me a message.

I'll try to find buyers in my own state while you handle the sourcing, logistics and transportation

You and every other person will get paid once the goods is delivered. And a bank guarantee will be provided to allay any fears but prevent you or anyone else in the chain from becoming dubious.

If you can do manual labor work, farm or manage a farm then you should start looking for large land to farm next season.

You can also gather some funds and buy block moulder and start following people who mould block to mix for them while learning to mould as well. You can make minimum of 5000-7000 if you mix or mould 10 bags a day. You'll need to travel to a fast developing area where people are building regularly for this... With money you save from this you can buy other instruments used in block setting and start learning masonry or how to set blocks...from there you can graduate into being a building engineer, mapping foundations and taking buildings to roofing levels. Ocerall this option will allow you to see little funds to feed yourself and pay your rent while learning the work.

There are many other options that you can try but I don't know your ion or your strengths.

If you'd like to schedule a zoom call where we can discuss about your situation and possible solutions you can let me know and I'll find time to set up the zoom call.

I wish you all the best

Okay, I really appreciate that 🙏

Too bad, u learnt the hard way but its ok ... such hard lessons should knock some level of realities of life into you bro ... I learnt this the hard way ... catching bullets, grenades and even scud missiles grin grin grin for unserious family but what did i get out of it? Noooooothing!!!!

See, stop catching bullets for anybody who's unserious with their live o.... leave them to take full responsibilities for their silly actions ....

You are only useful when u can provide and u see, family matters, is a very sensitive matter ... like someone said, u must learn to be stingy if u want to make it in life ... always that ....

No matter the amount u spend on family, if you're not careful, whenever u need them to raise u up from trenches, they will not be there ...

By the way, you said u have just finished serving or something, have u considered getting a job?

Try to apply to banks, private companies, et al ... so as to earn a constant pay which is what u need to atleast rise ... business these days, na 50/50 ... it may thrive or die .... and if it does die, your investment goes down the drain....

Try get somewhere to be going and earning something to keep body and soul together ...

Alongside, try as much as possible to learn a skill (digital skill oooo) ...so u can earn additional income ... it does take time but if u are serious or if hunger hammer u well well, u will discover what to do grin grin grin ....

Cos times are seriously hard and gone are the days they will tell u, once u know one thing or have a job, just have a razor sharp focus!

U see that focus on one thing ehn, na him go finish u ...

So, try to get a job .. if it involves u relocating, pls do ... you are not a tree...

I believe in you and i also believe you will succeed!

Ireee oooo
Thanks for this wonderful advice, I really appreciate your time and effort for this 🙏

Whenever u starts making money, the first thing that u should do as a man,is to enter into a stage of being stingy and at the same tme, think of ways to diversify ur income as soon as possible.

U can't be making money at the nascent stage of ur life and start becoming generous like United nations, never.

I once told my family ,if anything happens to my finances tomorrow, they would be the ones to accused me of not doing anything for them when i had money.

That in mind,u have to be discreet and extremely careful not to give out and land yourself into penury and disgrace.

To say the least, read these books and regain ur freedom as quickly as possible.

Cash flow quadrant by Robert kiyosaki and
Retire young and retire rich by same author.

All the best in all u do next.
Thanks bro, I really appreciate that.
