Chill:

I am ing along this prayer for anyone who is need of a financial blessing. Say this prayer for 3 days and publish it on the third day.

Say 9 Our Fathers,
Eternal father please open the window of heaven and pour us out a financial blessing so great that there isn't enough room for us to receive it all. We pray that you will bless us indeed enlarge our territory and that your hands will be with us to keep us save from evil and that we may not cause pain. Thank you heavenly father for granting our request.

Say 9 Hail Mary and repeat prayer beginning with "Eternal Father.

undecided Are serious? i am not so sure about the hail mary part . I am a christain and i have an issue with other christains who scream and shout to high heavens for financial blessings and ''breakthrough'' my thinking is alot of people are simply bad money managers and some times deserve the sticky situations they put themselves in. More teachings of how to manage your finances properly and less of the bothering of God with our mess.

Hey Chill,

Unfortunately, prayer requires more than a few recital for it to be answered. While I can't exhaust all the elements here, the follwing are absolutely required.
1. You must be in good standing with God. You refered to God as a Father, are you His son? Are you born of Him?
2. Faith is required. Without faith it is impossible to please God.
3. Obedience to God's Word is a key. For instance, your prayer asks God to open unto you the windows of Heaven. THe Bible already listed the requirement for that to happen in malachi 3. Pay your tithe, and you will have the floodgates of heaven opend automatically. No amount of prayer will open the gates if you don't pay your tithe.
4. Forgiveness. If you are unforgiving towards othere, you are wasting your time in prayer.

I hope this is instructive

Now i agree with you here plus abit of common sense is required.

Public display of affection

well it depends, if its just a nice quick kiss, but when people decide to go to town with the kissing, handling, groping, it's its a ''thumb down'' for me.

MY fav is organic hair stimulator(olive oil) , the thing is to stick to one product. I was experiencing hair loss at the back, though i dont use any relaxers. So i saw a trichologist and they told me what my hair was lacking and what to avoid it's worth it,There is a whole list of ingredients i stay off when it come to hair care and like i said a trichologist will best advice you. Also when you go to salons, becareful what is used on your hair , the most important being the type of hair sprays used, type of conditioner. Once you find the right product stick to it.

Well ladies take heed, the pics above show the effects of yoyo dieting. She didnt get fat for a role at all. she is naturally big boned and from the looks of things she still hasnt found the best possible eating habit and i mean healthy here, not the suck it off for the new album, red carpet showing or concert type of diet.

well its her call at the end of the day, plus i think she has more going on in her head that maybe causing her to over eat.

My question is what took so long to come up with this ?

Also the government are notorious for ing laws they know cannot be enforce. Its a shame really that the best they could come up with was this , children, not just househelps, need protecting generally. Not only house girls are sexually abused like i said children, all children must be protected and i have not seen this at all. Nigeria is so stuck in all levels of slavery its a dam shame.

I think people should search themselves if they know they can not treat another's child as theirs then they should stir clear of using very young kids as helps. I say this because, with the mess the country is in its not unusual to find relatives asking for thier kids to be taken off their hands because they can not cope. Its was common practice in britain very very long ago, but the untold hardship some face is evil. some are treated well, But i think it will be risky to look at this like who can and who cant harm a child, it should be a strict law and must be enforced, those who want to help thier relatives should send money or sponsor their education or something. And if they have kids ,let their own kids do the donkey work.

I know of many (i really mean many) househelps who have grown, are married with kids and are doing well. Most of them wouldn't be where they are if they had remained in their villages with their parents without any education.

We've had several househelps in my family, most under 18. My parents do not maltreat them, and they usually go to school. Some actually refuse to go to school and decide to learn other things like sewing. When they come, they're usually very small but they grow bigger and fatter in a short while because of better feeding. Some have to trek long distances to fetch water in their places but they don't do that here. They are allowed to communicate with their families. We've had more than one case when a househelp had to be sent home because of some misbehaviour or the other. Their parents usually come to beg. My family isn't the only one with such cases, I know several others.

I think what we need is an agency that controls employment of househelps. They should insist that employers send them to school, feed them well and not involve them in certain jobs (e.g. hawking). They should visit them in school, talk to neighbors etc. Some of these kids are better off in their employers homes.

Hmmm in an ideal world maybe. How much will this cost? how many ppl will the govt train to monitor the children in the respective homes?Becuase that has to be done or the whole agency idea is a waste.
Totally unrealist and unwise because we know the fear of God will be put into the poor kids they'd be too scared to report any abuse.

Sorry but the govt can't even organise a piss-up in a brewery, sorry GL its a case of too many chiefs not enuff indians in Nigerian politics.

McDonald's, Subway, HomeDepot,Golden Nugget Casino,Procter & Gamble, Cisco Systems, Wachovia Bank, Golden HorseShoe Strip Club in Charlestown W.VA, Goodguys Nude Club in Chocolate City USA, Accenture,GoodFellas Nude bar in Boston MA, or at the Swap meat in Compton CA ETC.

I think the question is lame/dumb and the answer is "we are in the year 2006" Slavery is Over, and women have been Liberated.

Haba Oldglory, easy bro smiley

You being a tad unfair here to the poster, its obviously an issue to him and to many men out there. I dont think its dumb , yes we in the year 2006 and people are now engaging in all sorts of social activitie lipsrsealed, however some people still have the lifestyle of old fashioned values, which i dont think is so bad, within reason that is. Yeah i know women are liberated but see the problems that come with that same feminist movement, we force unnatural roles on each other and put ourselve through unnecessary pressures. All i am saying is for a man like the poster there is a woman that will compliment his values, the universe is diverse afterall and we all unique right? The word i was looking for is COMPROMISE

P.S
I totally respect your view point Oldglory, its always nice to flip the coin too
glamrocka(f): 4:46pm On Apr 19, 2006
To the poster

Well the question of where is a good one because it can make or break a marriage, and i think that goes both for the man and woman, distance i.e another town has to be workable for the couple and if one expresses concern for it then it should be taken into , but then again it could be good for some, if the woman's salary is that huge a figure that the man is willing to accept the distance and is comfartable with it then it's good luck i say.

AS to whether a woman should be allowed by husband to work after marriage,i speak for my self, if he can comfortably pay for everything or is a millionnaire then by all means, if its a job i love and its a fulfilment issue then i will probably find it unfair to be asked not to work. Some will say how can a man ask me not to work? well each relationship and circumstance is unique to each couple and those who want to remain with the old values of man work woman stay home, then fair dos , but the question is can the one who goes out to work make life very comfortable for all in the family? if not then throw that tradition out the window cause money issues will break it up
