It's not about the pay. If a writer is incompetent, even if you pay him N1,000 per word he'll still deliver rubbish.

Just to be clear, I only created this thread to seek help. I don't know any other way to convey my thoughts without sharing my past experience here. It's way worse than I described. You will be amazed at the kind of writing I get from supposed professional writers. Sometimes I ask, "Is it hunger that is making them apply for jobs they cannot do?"

Personally, I do not apply for jobs I cannot deliver on. Same principles I apply in my businesses (www.vapatrick.com and www.patrickokunima.com). If a client needs help with a task I cannot deliver with at least 90% perfection, I decline. It's better for me than to tarnish my image. It is for this same reason I have never disappointed my clients. Today, more than 80% of my business come from referrals.

I turn down orders. I cannot grow my businesses to the extent I want, because of incompetent employees, writers particularly. I had to temporarily shut-down the academic writing aspect of VA Patrick (www.vapatrick.com) for the same reason. I have only one competent academic writer. His background is Bus . So, he takes care of my old clients with mgt and biz background.

Please, if you know anywhere I can get good writers, let me know. I need help!
