This happen yesterday, I can't just believe an old man in his 60's could come with his gang and use a master key to drive out of JUTH through the popular Gate IV. If not for God to use the like of James Bond's skill of driving to blocked the "MUGU" just by Habitat Guest House, this car would have been a lost vehicle by now. May God help us.

To say even a single person among the old boys has the means to turn things around for the school to reclaim its lost glory, will be an understatement. CMR means Central Motor Registry. This is supposed to be a national database of cars and their owners, so I do not understand how you can say that it is not issued in all states. All cars in Nigeria are supposed to carry this, and it is supposed to be issued to a driver after investigations have shown you did not purchase a hot or stolen vehicle.

Pls where do I get this CMR and the MOT certificate? Thanks
