WES sends photocopies of the transcripts by email (as attachment) and also by regular post.

yes the one time payment to WES covers all the educational qualifications your school(s) would be sending them for your evaluation. Note that this payment does not include whatever fees charged by your school(s) to process and send your documents to WES.

Unfortunately i don't know the answer to this, WAEC was included in the verification process in August 2018, i started my verification before then so i was not asked to provide WAEC.

You need BOTH ND and HND for a degree equivalency evaluation, HND only is not enough

I know my school is supposed to send my transcript directly to WES, but on WES application under Education, there's a place for "Add Another Credential" , so do I go ahead and add Masters degree, Bachelor's degree and WAEC? Thank you as I await your reply.

WAEC certificate was introduced by August 2018. I started my evaluation before August 2018 so i wasn't asked for WAEC certificate

I don't know the email address. Ask your school to check the verification email or documents sent to them, WES provides the email address to them

I just noticed that WES updated my status on January 31, 2019 to "We received your document(s). We are reviewing your document(s)." Evaluation in progress.

All documents have now been reviewed and accepted on February 02, 2019. Evaluation in progress, to be completed on February 20, 2019.

House please advise. I have sent all my documents to WES for evaluation and I believe some of them, not all, have reached WES. But anytime I check my WES to know which documents they have received (especially for the purpose of pursuing transcript verification in my schools) all what I see on my WES is "Status: In progress We received your document(s). We are reviewing your document(s)."

I have been seeing this message now for almost 2 weeks now and WES has not even sent me any email for any update whatsoever. What do I do please?

You could them directly and ask for update. They replied to my emails within 24 - 48hrs https://www.wes.org/-us/

pls help a brother. i'm a graduate of OAU. I applied 4 my transcript to b send 2 Wes tru etx-ng for weeks now, amd still not getting any response.
It's taking forever already, wat should i do?

Can you give more details for clarity? Also i think you should ask this in a new thread so that discussions around the issue (Processing transcripts through etx-ng) can help others, but if it helps, here is a summary of my process with etx-ng:

July 4 - Transcript order made by me on etx-ng website. to be sent to WES, US.

July 4 - Payment made manually through my paypal . I chose PayPal instead of credit card. Paypal express payment failed multiple times on etx website so i ed etx through their website CHAT and they provided a paypal i could send payment directly to.
Payment made through my PayPal .
Evidence of payment sent to Etx by email.

July 10 - Etx requests for the following documents and information:
Scanned copy of statement of result,
State and LGA of origin,
Have you obtained transcript before? if yes, when?
WES Transcript request form
July 10 - documents and information all sent to etx by email

July 12 - Application for transcripts made by Etx-ng
July 12 - Etx requests for thesis title

July 14 - after not finding the exact thesis title, i made an educated guess since i knew pretty well what the topic was about, but all they needed was the title.

Sept 7 - status changes to "your school is generating your transcripts"

Sept 18 - status changes to "school is g transcripts"

Sept 26 - Transcript Dispatched to WES through DHL. Tracking number provided as well.

Oct 3 - VDR notification from WES

It turned out that the schools received my request for transcript verification but they kept it aside waiting for me to pay N10,000 each for transcript verification. The second school had the transcript verification in their file for Nov 2 (the VDR email was sent to me on Oct 3 so i would advise to give your school up to 4 weeks to receive and document it). I have paid the money and waiting to get confirmation from WES that my transcripts and documents have been verified.

One problem i see here is that the schools did not reply WES to inform them that some fee needed to be paid, so that WES could inform me, they did not have any phone number either on their website, they also did not put any information on the website informing people about transcript verification fees, so that someone could be aware of what is going on. The system is simply designed in such a way that you physically have to go to the school and process your transcripts, and also anticipate that the delay was due to some fee to be paid.

Thank you all for all the information you have provided so far. I am also in the same situation as some people and i'll use this thread to update my experience so far as it progresses. This thread has helped me with more information to further pursue my case.

I started my own transcript processing in July 2018, I was processing my transcripts from 2 institutions for US Degree equivalence. For the first institution, my friend helped me pay the processing fees and get it processed and sent to WES in August 2018. For the second transcript, i used etx-ng.com to process it which which was also sent by courier in Sept 2018 (ETX-ng may ask for your project topic, and letter from WES which you can easily and email to them, if your school requires these for transcript processing). The VDR notification from WES for the second institution came on Oct 3, 2018.

Since then i have been waiting, i already missed the fall/winter enrollment. I didnt realize the delay could be from verification fees to be paid, its difficult to deal with issues like this when you're on a tight work schedule and thousands of miles away and no way to your school by phone or email.

After reading through this thread, i have been gingered again and i've now ed some people to help me go find out directly from the offices in charge. I will post updates here.
