Consular: Why don't you apply for her.
Me: I explained to her the bank couldn't processed my wife's visa fee payment on time, so she couldn't get appointment. She then asked me where's my wife, I told her, she's outside the premises.

Consular: ( she looked around, and after sometime, wrote in a paper to bring in my wife)

I brought her to the consular. My wife and I port were collected. We're issued H1B & H4 Visa respectively.
