Hello when I was filling my ds160 I filled it like I was going to do the interview in Lagos and then when it came to choosing date I choose Abuja and also requested for emergency appointment it’s been a week since I requested for an emergency appointment and also sent no reply is this what is delaying my emergency appointment reply ?

I guess, when did you apply for emergency?

I have applied for emergency appointment since Thursday last week to Abuja Embassy ing all the necessary documents. No response and the emergency request option has disappeared from my dashboard. Please what do I do? Thank you beautiful nairalanders.

You have to be patience.. Abuja is getting traffic this days bcus most Lagos ppl are switching to Abuja.
Indicate when you get yours.. I applied mine last week Friday.

You won't have to pay another MRV fee if you only booked one interview date so far and have not rescheduled. I was also in the same situation; I had booked emergency appointment in Lagos but received no response even after 2 weeks. I was able to switch to Abuja with the same MRV fee and still book for emergency appointment. We get two bookings with each MRV fee.

If the date for emergency interview Abuja comes out, will you still have the Chance to pick the date or will you have exhausted your lifeline?

Hello! There is no Hope in Lagos, I applied for emergency since last month approximately 4 weeks now. They have not replied. Lagos is ghosting everybody, do not waste your time.

Hello, I have applied for Lagos consulate via emergency interview and I want to change it to Abuja.. I have a question.
I heard we have only two attempts on rescheduling. I applied for emergency after choosing a random date of January 4 2024 for Lagos consulate, if am to reschedule my appointment to Abuja via emergency will I exhaust my limit after selecting a random date, or after I have booked for emergency for Abuja consulate?
