Nothing yet bro. Still on matric matter. We expected better news by now. In this same journey my vehicle was attacked by unknown gunmen. I refuse to believe all of that was for nothing. So there's hope!

Guys I need your candid opinion as regards my own case. I was called from the school on the 24th sept(friday) after the interviews for the 20-22 sept. I was asked to resend some of my credentials through an email. Since then I've being hoping to receive the APL call, but it isn't coming. Do you guys suggest I call them to ask whats up.

Note: I also have a connection with the Pro-chancellor of the school. I applied for GA.

Dear, if u have connection with pro-chancellor, u have nothing to lose. I think you can call them and respectably know what's going on. I don't believe in silence personally. But do well to share any update you get. Best of luck!

People are picking APLs. The only comfort is that they have not stopped calling for all positions in all departments. What I don't know is if all those being called were interviewed because I really doubt that. Was there earlier this week just to assess things for myself. I left anyways still hoping.

Let's keep the hope alive. It comes either as a mail or a phone call from what I heard.

yes I was. The officials advised those who were not invited to hold on till a subsequent time as the university will recruit from time to time. About the criteria for some not called even though they scored high, I found out from a delegate that there was no fixed cut off score. The score is adjusted based on the performance of applicants. For some department scores were set over 80. And besides scores and qualifications, it's also about how many people from a particular region or state have the same qualifications. In order to spread across the different regions, some will have to be respectfully kept in view not because they didn't score high or have the qualifications.

There's a list of those invited for the interview.

If you were not invited, don't waste your resources to fly down to otukpo
