i'll agree with everything you said about amazon but it also depends on the class of tax amazon is placed, thats if you do two jobs. otherwise i agree with every other stuffs being said especially about amazon

He can still apply to schools without Toefl or IELTS. I applied to Five schools without both Standardised results. He should get proficiency letter from his uni. And try and mail the coordinator about it if he is good to go. I studied Biochemistry also.

i didn't use toefl for my present school and the 3 others that gave me ission last year.

there are some schools that do waive Toefl or ielts(even through uni-assist)... but mostly there are more chances for that with Msc than Bsc(the percentage is higher in msc).

in my opinion, whoever that is applying should just make inquires from the respective schools of application and see if its possible. nobody should come here to scare anyone from trying. its possible and some schools do accept letter of english proficiency

LOL Bros Bros , i was ing by this thread and saw what you wrote. this is totally FALSE and untrue about west . i don't know where got this info from or what kinda survey you carried out that brought to this conclusion. Please dont mislead people. i live(presently) and study in west Rhineland palatinate, close to mainz. before i came to a year back i made some good reasearch on quora and nairaland about my state and an indian who had lived in west for 10years even said western germans are more open, friendly to foreigners and i'm seeing it for myself here(i'm totally enjoying it here).

normally the west germans where the ones against hitler(east) during the war(read about berlin unification) and funny enough americans where previously the ones even occupying my school(university of applied science Trier birkendfeld,umwelt cmpus, you can browse it) during the war thats why if you've lived there you will notice more of english speakers here than the east part part of (you can ask this on quora and you'll get the same answer from people who spent years in as foreigners). i have some friends even in the the east like leipzig they never complain about this racism of a thing you say.

i didnt come here to argue with you but to change the impression or notion you created about this place on some people.

From what I've read online, it is a small town and kinda expensive because of its closeness to Luxembourg.
