The alternative to this ime is the tackling of govt excess and CORRUPTION, simple economic policy.

This should be our next project (OCCUPY) Mtn they are just like Nigerian leaders there are; fraudsters, greedy, disrespectful, wicked and the painful thing is they believe we are bunch of dough (call their customer you will understand what I mean).
