"Strike Face" is not a company name - its an instructional guideline. It tells you which side of the plate must face "outwards". Its the "face" of the plate you want the bullet to "strike".

When bullets hit plates they normally shatter (Spalling) these shards are lethal, so the back side of the plate as well as the sides are designed to prevent these bullet shards hitting you - if you have the plate the wrong way in you will not get full spalling protection and will be injured if your plate is hit by a bullet.

I dont think Nigeria Machine Tools manufacture those plates from my simple google search. i assume they use "strike face" ballistic plates for their vests.

In any given day, there's a terrorist organization working underground to bomb a South African location and it never happens because the counter terrorism works at that level.

For years, we've told you that there's never gonna be an organization that will be as large as Boko Haram or ISIS freely operating inside the country, it's never happening - EVER!

My point. Hope it doesn't reach the or Belgium level. Where these guys come back from Syria or Iraq and integrate into the populace without being spotted.

My 2-cent says it's the very same Egyptians or the same brotherhood who did this. If the investigators are as smart as me, they should have had everything about the attackers by now.

Don't know why ISIS would attack a Mosque in SA, Muslims only make up 1.5% of our population....So would make much more sense that they would attack a religion other than their own.

My conclusion is that it was probably not ISIS and most likely an isolated indecent.

Two reasons I assume ISIS;
1. 3 Egyptians linked to the attack and Egypt is currently fighting ISIS in the Sinai peninsula.
2. ISIS West Africa attack worshipers (muslims) at place of worship (mosque) . It might be a doctrine.
