John Terry: “Cucurella; every time I see him, as a Chelsea fan which I am, I would take 11 of him week in week out because the attitude and the way he defends is world class”

The same Cucurella some people wanted out at the beginning of his career with Chelsea.

Same way they want Enzo out.

Pictures don't lie

Picture of 3 acres of land is what you call development?

See Onitsha with houses and no single road.

See Abeokuta below.

This is the only picture of Onitsha that is available because apart from houses no basic infrastructure.

Here you go.

Most built up state?

Ogun state land size is 16,980.55 km2 (6,556.23 sq mi) and is 10.5% built up. More than 3 times bugger than Imo State.

Imo state land size is 5,530 km2 (2,140 sq mi) and is 23.5% built up.

Ogun state is more than 3 times bigger than Imo state.

If we put the 23.5% built up area of Imo state into Ogun state, Ogun state will turn to forest but if we put 10.5% of Ogun state built up area into Imo state, Imo state will have no space to host Ogun state built up area.

Do you understand?

Stastisense has given you the figure. 38% of Imo urbanized, while Ekiti (if you argue that it easier to develop smaller landmass) is just about 8% urbanized.

Now how do you justify that?

I left out Ogun which is just about about 10.3% because we would argue 'Oh...Ogun is very big compared to Imo bla..bla ..bla'.

Can you show the link so that I can dibunk your fat lie?

From Arepo - Mowe - Magboro - Ibafo - Sagamu- Iperu - Ode Remo etc is more urbanized and developed than the whole of Imo State combined.

Bring your fact to debunk this.

And yet Ogun Stste has no where that compares to Onitsha. And Oyo State has only Ibadan that was capital of the Western Region before independence

Onitsha? What is in Onitsha?

Onitsha is not as developed as Arepo - Mowe - Magboro - Ibafo axis, Sango Ota, na em you wan compare with Abeokuta?

Onitsha will be a boring city to someone living in big cities in Ogun state because social life their is low.

How many universities, stadiums, schools, estates, golf course, industrial zones, etc dey Onitsha?

Stop deceiving yourself.

Since 1970, the development in the East was never powered by government .

Na dem set build their land themselves.

There is a reason why Imo is 38% urbanised but Ogun, and Ekiti are less than 10% urbanised.

Without government , we monarchical Yorubas would have mud houses littered everywhere all over our capitals, like we have in Ibadan.

Who see truth make him talk, truth is like agbo jedi, e bitter but e no dey kill.. grin

The modern houses in Ibadan were all built by the government, abi? O ya o d e

Imo more urbanized than Ogun state with 7 to 8 cities?

Abeokuta is more urbanized and developed than Owerri.

Apart from Owerri which city dey Imo state? Is it Orlu and Okigwe? grin

Ogun has Abeokuta, Mowe/Ibafo, Sango Ota, Sagamu, Ijebu Ode, Arepo to Magboro, Agbara, Igbesa, Ilaro etc

From Berger down to Iperu is developed and cornubating.

Which government ? Na government build all the houses in Ogun state? Na government build Redemption camp and Mountain of Fire city?

Why can't Oyo, Ogun 😛,Ekiti build new cities like the way Igbo cities are coming up and cornubating

From Arepo - Mowe - Magboro - Ibafo - Sagamu are all connected and these are new cities cornubating.

Abi na you clear the bushes in Mowe to develop the area?

Enzo dey gba I gats be truthful even though I like him. He and caicedo were bought for over 100 million but most matches we see who looks more like it. Go and see how Madrid fans were rejecting him when news came they want to sign him. He should be playing more like the Argentina Enzo consistently and hardly anyone would be complaining here.

What is his percentage win record at Chelsea - the worst of any midfielder in over 30 years history

Yet you opened your mouth to say he is the only one with winning mentality, someone with a 39% win record that we have never seen from any midfielder in our recent history

No evidence anywhere. The evidence is he is the one who loses the most

Nemanja Matic - 62%
Kante - 56%
Jorginho - 54%
Mikel Obi - 60%
Caicedo - 52%
Kovacic - 50%

Let's go back before Abramovic

Dennis Wise - 41%
Gustavo Poyet - 51%
The Argentinian curse to our midfield - 39%

You need to ask for forgiveness. Nonsense and ingredients

Stop making noise. Show us goals and assists and chances created by these aforementioned players and let us compare.

Don't just bring one point and use that as merit. The Argentina curse won you points with his goals and assists.

That must be why he has the worst win record of any Chelsea midfielder in over 30 years. Una go well one day

Which win record?

His 6 goals and 8 assists should be swept into garbage, right?

We know he could have gotten more assists if not for those wasteful attackers.

Besides, place that player from Sporting Lisbon ahead of Enzo shows most of you don't know anything about football.

nateevs:

I can't possibly summarise everything that weakens us as a team, so I mentioned the crucial points.

Before we can even be serious about competing. We need 2 world class CBs, not one. Think Saliba, Van Dijk level CBs. Competing in the PL and the CL at the same time is no joke.

Enzo is not the only midfielder we have but he makes us incredibly, technically and tactically unbalanced in the middle. Also, politically, because we spent 100m on him, coach after coach has a political mandate to protect the asset in the club's interest. Whereas many he needed dropping, it didn't happen. We could have bought Guimares and McAllister combined for less, and still have change to buy Guiu.

We need to proceed as though Lavia will continue to have fittness issues. A Caicedo, Essugo and Santos middle 3 is strong and combative defensively, but lacks dynamism, and experience offensively.

Madueke, Sancho, and Neto forward line is unproductively weak, offensively. Few goals, few assists. Whilst I don't mind keeping them for fixture load, they cannot be our first choices going into the season. If they are, we should concentrate on the league and forget competing in the UCL.

Enzo is not the team's problem. In fact big clubs like Real Madrid will be dreaming to have Enzo in their team because he has most of our other players don't have. And that is the winning mentality.

Everyone LEKKI...etc leave Lagos and go develop other Yoruba and mind you Sagamu and ithese Yoruba

Na your fa clear bush in Lekki and built the roads, drainage system, Lekki phase 1, Jakande, street light, estates, etc there, abi?

Na ya fa develop Epe, Badagry and Ikorodu?

Na ya fa get Lagos?

Don't deceive yourself. I have lived in the East for almost a decade. Apart from Enugu, Owerri and Abakaliki (because of Umahi), the rest na glorified towns with dilapidated infrastructures.

Aba which is one of the most planned city still lack social life and basic infrastructure.

Sagamu is far developed than Nnewi. Confirm.

Let's just assume that the South East is about the size of Oyo State. What they are doing in that South East speaks for its self. Outside Lagos, no other city has the highest number of story buildings than Onitsha

The question South Westerners should ask themselves is why is it that beyond Lagos that was capital of Nigeria for 80 years, and Ibadan that was capital of the old Western Region and now capital of Oyo, they have no cities worthy of note?

Aba, Nnewi and Onitsha are cities, they have never been capital of anywhere. The fact that the South West has so much land should have been a golden opportunity to show their development power. Yet if they are asked were they made a noteworthy place that was never capital, they will tell you Sango-otta

Sagamu, Sango Ota, Lekki, Mowe/Ibafo, Arepo, Ondo town, Ikorodu, Badagry, Ilesa, Ife, Owo, Ijebu Ode, etc. were former capitals, right?

Lekki is more developed than Onitsha
Sango Ota alone is more developed Nnewi
Mowe/Ibafo is more developed than Aba

What else?

List of cities in SW
1. Lagos.
2. Ikeja
3. Lekki
4. Ibadan
5. Abeokuta
6. Osogbo
7. Akure
8. Ado Ekiti
9. Sango Ota
10. Sagamu
11. Mowe/Ibafo
12. Ondo
13. Arepo

16. Ogbomosho
17. Ife
18. Badagry
19. Epe
20. Owo
21. Oyo
22. Ikorodu

These cities are booming with real estate activities.

If you think SW has only Lagos and Ibadan, you are an ignoramus or being deluded.

Apart from Enugu, Owerri, Onitsha, Aba and Abakaliki, what else?

The false insinuation that conurbation is only going on in SE is false.

From Arepo - Magnoro - Mowe - Ibafo - Sagamu are now connected.

Ibadan is already connecting to towns in Ogun state.

From Sagamu-Iperu - Ode - Ilisan - Isara - Ijebu Ode are almost connected.

Perhaps, you must be an ignoramus.

Because he continued with the Cargo airport in Iperu initiated by Gbenga Daniel but abandoned by Amosun.

That's where the slogan Daru generated from. The thing pain dem wellla. Kkkkkkkkkk. grin

More horrifying than the horror movies we watch on TV. Even the police and DSS in the bus were terrified because of the tales of men of the underworld know to operate on that road.
