Hi. Is the agenda for change a confirmed annual exercise? What if the pay review isn’t done this year? This will throw a lot of people in Band 3 into confusion.


Exactly my point, I’m not really bothered cos I believe the agenda for change 24/25 will push band 3 entry pay to at least more than £23,200

Hopefully by June/July the new pay rate for nhs should be out

I have a colleague who is currently doing his dissertation @ the University of Hull but he’s kinda worried cos he got compensated for one module which he scored 46, below 50 but because his results in other modules are very good, he got a compensation and got awarded a credit for the course instead of a re-sit.

However, he is worried if the compensation won’t affect him getting a PSW Visa when he’s done with school.
Or whether he should just apply for a re-sit?

Please all visa applications for M.A and the 2 dependants have been moved to VAC this morning with no BRP mail.
This is worrisome. I thought there would be a BRP mail for at least one applicant.

Please how does one request BRP mail? So we can do this right away.

I'd advise u do nothing and wait. The mail is empty as they haven't requested any document. I did Bio on Nov 23rd and got this mail too. Sent a paid mail and their response was that I shld wait. I don't even understand what's going on, the MA and child did bio same date, no response to their application till date. Today is the 15th working day. E be like the work choke them so dem dey tell u to calm down in advance.

LOL. They asked you to pay at CBN rate or you want to pay @ CBN rate? There are different mode of payments which are all optional.

However, to pay @ CBN rate, use form A.

I strongly suspect you will be asked to provide your 90days statement of prior to visa application date after you have provided proof of consent from the child's father. Iv had 2 people in this situation and that was what the visa office requested eventually. I'm not saying it must happen to you too but there's a strong possibility. They want to be extremely sure you have the funds to take care of the child alone.

One last question, while ing documents before biometrics for my child, I forgot to add the able consent form from the visa website but I was able to a typed consent letter signed by both parents, since we are all using the same as POF which is a t .

Hope this won't pose a problem for the child visa approval?

I'm a dependant who did bio @TLS Abuja with MA (My wife) and child on Nov 23rd (Standard). I got an NSF mail that requested nothing from me while the MA and child dependant are yet to receive any since bio date.

Did a paid mail to know if I'm to provide any additional document as nothing was stated in the NSF Mail. The response was still that I should wait.

Im just wondering why a dependant is getting reviewed 1st while MA is yet to get any response.

MA has also done paid mail, no decision has been reached. This one tire person.
