I have a bruhm freezer and it was bought brand new too.I Have had it for 4 years now and the same fast defrosting issues I had since I bought it.
so there is a possibility they have improved on the quality of their products but I ain't buying any bruhm products in the nearest future.

I emphasized that it should be working before pickup. It worked just before pickup;it was still a bit chill after 2hrs 30mins. However,when i started using it athome,it wasnt so. The is good power supply in my area. I was using a small.LG fridge before and everything was always solid that was why i decided to get a fridge/freezer. So,i wont keep going to work hungry even if i microwave for ages. I guess that was better because my food keeps getting spoilt

Do you use a stabilizer with it?
I use a bruhm freezer too and I can say it's not a very good product but the stabilizer at least helps it work well to a good extent.
just plug with stabilizer or fill the gas like they said and see what happens.

I reaching out to someone who d a cabinet here and we agreed on 10k.
