Superhero shows are formulaic:

Sometimes it starts with the individual discovering their power.

They then decide to fight crime.

They always have a particular friend good at computers.

After some episodes, they start questioning themselves if they are really able to save the world. A friend offers a motivational speech and then they realize that they really can save the world.

During some fights with certain villains, they get beaten up so bad that they start questioning themselves once again, another motivational speech and they suddenly become stronger that the antagonist that defeated them before.

There is a person looking to connect the dots to find out the identity of the superhero. Sometimes they get close, sometimes they are successful.

They never end badly for the main character.

Just saw the last episode of the path. Just after eddie is branded a deserter he starts having visions. And also after praying for that fbi guys baby girl she no longer needed the surgery. Does this mean he is the next leader of the movement. Ahhhhhhhh I can't take this suspense. Solid 8.5/10

its a triad movie. Its divergnt, insurgence and allegience. The third part just came out. But if u had read the books u wouldn't have said such coz u would know that the movie z good. Solid 7/10

Yea I think d condemnation on those who couldn't decipher d movie was a bit over the top, I was among those who criticised it earlier on when it came out after seeing d trailer, but then again took time to watch it and it was pretty decent - although not mind blowing. Yea I get ur point, dc comics tend to over do at times, Wonder woman comes to mind. Truth is d folks who criticise and rate these movies on imdb and on other platforms, a lot of dem are 10 times movie freaks dan most of us, some perhaps make the cinema their second home, and so they're used to watching blockbusters and they have some kind of expectations from some of dem,maybe BVS was among dem, which didn't measure up, and hence d not-so- good rating. Gods Of Egypt followed d same path also. But over here, we still appreciate some of them, but everyone has his or her own taste.

meant her speed when flying, she flies normal like hawk girl, but in the movie they made her almost as fast as superman. She is fast everyother way but not in flight. Those who follow the comics know what I mean

My thoughts on BvS:

I think there are 2 different BvS movies being circulated. I hear people calling BvS a waste of time and money, boring, senseless and dull. Thankfully, that was not the BvS I watched yesterday night. What I watched yesterday night was definitely not a waste of time and money, may seem boring to anyone who enjoys senseless action and senseless to someone lacking sense. I think people now expect every superhero movie out there to be a popcorn action flick, but it doesn't have to be so. BvS was more of drama at the beginning with little but awesome action scenes and then the big fights from the 2nd half of the movie. Sure, there were a few drawbacks. Eisenberg played a nice villain that I would have enjoyed otherwise, sadly that villain was not Lex Luthor. Doomsday CGI was bad, really horrible. And maybe one or two other flaws that I haven't noticed yet. But this movie definitely does not deserve the hate it has been getting.
All in all, this is an awesome superhero flick. I will not call it a must watch. Not everyone has the intellectual capability to appreciate the appeal of this movie. But it is definitely not a bad movie. It should be on any list of great superhero movies. The acting was on point. Affleck and Gadot quelled any doubts I had and Cavill put up a good show. I rate this movie 8/10.

Snyder does need help obviously but DC's cinematic universe seems to be getting off to it's own good start.
