You need rehabilitations. First stop depending on them as a source of happiness or energy. The drugs only give you an illusion of happiness it is not real happiness. Start using the gym or try work out sessions first thing when you wake up. Instead of spending money on tramol spend your money on activities that will keep you in a positive mood. Go to the mall buy some shawarma or suya or take a girl out. The only cure for addiction is replacing it with another less harmful addiction, which will make you forget the harmful one. The earlier you stop the better for you before it lands you where you don’t want to be. Just like the person above that said his friend stopped after going to jail.
