Am so frustrated and depressed right now, 11th week after biometrics, 9th week after decision has been made, several paid mails, 1 paid call, escalation has been done, 10working days after escalation elapsed yesterday, yet no collection mail, application still at DMC, am just confused. yes, decision has been made since 12th August, my dependant have gotten their Visa.

I called them more than 20 times, paid mail more than 5 times, though I got a message on 12th that I should be ed in 10 working days.
What I later did is mail them through the message they sent when I did a paid mail ... just inform of reply to their message
